Staff is friendly and very helpful, has stayed in this hotel few times.

Repeat stay at this hotel. Only one problem I encounter that the shower pressure is low. Food and drink easy access.

Really good location , near by many restaurant , conviennent store , 2 malls , very comfortable bed and AC too

Booked tatami room for 4, not like the pictures shown. Room was cold with a strong aircon. However, water heater is not exactly hot and water pressure is low. Basic amenities like bath towel and toothbrush is given, 3-in-1 shower gel provided. Tatami bed only have got one side with plugs while the other queen size does not have any. There was no fridge in the room, which was a big minus point because the weather can get very warm. Tv comes with channels which is a bonus. Location was ideal with alot of eateries opposite the hotel, on the other stretch of road, but can be challenging to cross it because of the high volume of cars. A good stay but would prefer a place with more dining options nearby.

Good for a budget hotel, but we can't expect 4* comfort at 2* price. Like others have pointed out, the pillow and blanket were thin, the room lighting was glaring, but we have a window facing the main road so we just turned off all the lights at night and pulled back the curtain to let the lights from outside glimpsed in. Most importantly the bathroom was clean and we felt safe with the lift activated by card access. Location wise, it is about 10min walk to the busiest part of Mount Austin, but it didn't feel safe to walk back to the hotel at night, so we had to get Grab for the short distance. Overall, we may stay again but this wouldn't be our first choice.

We loved the location as there were some food trucks along the road. Service was good as check-in process was fast. Room was clean as per our expectations, towels and amenities were sufficient, aircon in the room was working well too.

Location still out of the way from some things, however Aeon Mall & Toppen Mall was not too far away.

Rooms are clean, floor abit dusty overall good. Bed are clean. It comes with king size bed. Nothing much downstairs at night

It’s good for the price, it’s near to buffet shop which is good. The location is not so far from the malls also.
