Amazing! Clean and well-managed, even with many families staying there and a full house for a great cause (which is another reason to support this hotel) They still maintained the hotel to perfection. Highly recommend!

The hotel is central to many things and is in near the beach. We stayed in the Bellavista room which was both comfortable and charming. The beds were comfortable. During our stay, we encountered unexpected trouble in Gaza on Saturday, 07.10. The hotel and its staff proved incredibly supportive, ensuring our calm throughout the day. We sought shelter multiple times, and their assistance was ever-present. The hotel's pool area is lovely and became our sanctuary during our restricted outings. This is a beautiful hotel with an exceptional and friendly staff. We are certain to return in the future.

Pretty property but it is meant to be looked at - not enjoyed. We were two in a room and invited our young niece and nephew to enjoy the pool with us. Manager refused entry in such a mean and patronizing way it was shocking. If a hotel is not going to allow guests to enjoy the facilities, it would be prudent to warn guests prior to booking for at the very least during check in. We specifically chose this hotel because of a pool we were blocked from using. Shame

Property and location are excellent. Attention to detail makes the stay very pleasant. But beware. Access to the pool is limited to 2 guests per room and is not only strictly enforced but in a very mean and derogatory fashion. Our party was more than two guests per room and we booked the hotel specifically because of the pool, so it really put a damper on our vacation that we were literally barred from entering the pool. Had this been told to us either at the time of booking or upon check in we would have made alternate plans. But being barred entry on a sunny afternoon with no notice and in a rude fashion really spoiled the day. Very disappointed. Would highly recommend ensuring you don’t want to use the facilities if you have a large party. They’re beautiful to look at - but they should be available for enjoyment too.

beautiful hotel with great staff, very friendly, offered us a free late checkout, lots of sun beds but most were reserved early, shaded pool, steps away from the fabulous sandy beach

I had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. Upon arriving, the security staff not only refused me entry, but shockingly, they also treated me with blatant aggression and even resorted to physical contact. This encounter left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Additionally, the cramped size of the rooms added to my discomfort. A hotel's security team should prioritize the safety and comfort of its guests, and it's utterly disheartening to encounter such behavior. This deeply unsettling incident, combined with the lack of space im my room, has severely marred my perception of the hotel. It serves as a stark reminder of the crucial importance of respectful, professional, and compassionate customer service.

Perfect Location. The hotel is just right on the beach. Nice clean rooms and we enjoyed the pool area which has a beautiful view directly on the beach. Very nice meals. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
