The property needs renovation in the rooms. The bathrooms are old and floors were dirty with lots of spots. I remember going there and it being one of the cleanest hotels in Temecula.

The window was broken, didn’t lock, the screen was off the window, the ac didn’t work, the faucet knob in the shower wasn’t on. It was broken off to the side. Staff was friendly but I’ll never stay again.

The hotel was nice, room is very spacious.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was not bad either.
Honestly we normally stay at the (holiday inn express) when traveling but was offered a great deal for this hotel, so I decided to give it a try.
The only thing I can say I really wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast buffet.
It honestly kinda ****** and could really use some TLC to be competitive to other hotels in its price range.

The shower had black mold and the desk clerk could care less. All they said was could move us to a room near the freeway. No attempt to try and clean room or apology

Great our stay. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were back to offering hot breakfasts. Had a nice assortment of food options and the breakfast nook was very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Decent hotel - nothing bad or terrible. Almost missed Monday breakfast. On Saturday check in they said breakfast was from 7-10AM. Good think we noticed the sign - that's on the weekend only. Monday is 6:30 - 9:30 am. Breakfast was mediocre - sausage and eggs the only hot items. Coffee was good! Back door is supposed to be locked but never was - did not close properly. Refrigerator actually FROZE a cup of water. Room 223.

The hotel as far as cleanliness goes was very good. They seemed to be short of staff and only serviced rooms for stays of four or more days. The TV was not working. You could not turn it on or off. The desk clerk or manager came and fiddled around with it and finally got it to turn on. However the guide didn’t work. You couldn’t key in the channel numbers because they didn’t work. We had to channel up or down until we could get to the program we wanted. At the end of the night we could not turn the TV off. The TV stayed on the entire three days and nights that we were at the hotel.
