hotel very clean

Our suite was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. Very convenient to the airport. Would stay again.

Good location. Short walk to the river for an enjoyable walk about. Hotel is over due for a remodel. Significant traffic noise and creeking from the floor above. Bring earplugs. You're definitely paying for location.

I accidentally booked for the wrong day and they wouldn’t let me change it. The room was paid for when booked, so lost my money. I rebooked with a different hotel. Not impressed!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites. Very clean, well maintained, excellent customer service, and excellent location.

The room was good, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent and to the standard expected, but the waffle maker really needs to be fixed or replaced, had issues with it every morning.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the event we were attending for the weekend. Definitely not worth the price we paid. No housekeeping, which I normally don't mind, but again, for the price we paid I would expect it. We had to request more coffee pods for the following morning. Wireless kept kicking off. I would stay here again only if I had to due to lack of availability elsewhere.

Price was overpriced due to NBA basketball game in the city. Can’t blame them for taking advantage of an opportunity there. Room was neat and clean. Staff was nice that I came in contact with. Check-in/ Check out was quick.

It was adequate and clean with a decent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim and there was no overhead lighting in the room itself. There was no mirror over the desk so the only way to do hair and makeup was to stand in front of the mirror in the entrance.

For the price of the stay would expect to be in nicer area. Gentleman’s club across the street. Hotel was clean but could use a remodel. Walking to area by river is a challenge.

The property is very out dated. Only one elevator was working. The worst was the plumbing. The toilet was backed up and when we called to have it addressed, they told us there was no maintenance onsite and handed us a plunger. The plunger did not work, the lines needed snaked. They should have moved us to a new room. Noisy location. Not sure how this place got such a high rating on ******* but travelers beware!

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was exactly what I needed for my 2-night stay and the breakfast was nice and convenient. I would stay again.

Service very good. Property is clean but a little worn. Good location for the airport but a charge for their airport shuttle was surprising.
