"Terrible reception at reception! The person we found upon arrival (Erika) was rude and annoyed and rudely told us to move the car to the hotel car park which is accessed with a barrier, having had problems with the code (and we were not the only ones) we called and told us that there was no one to check and that we would have to put the car outside. Then the room was not very clean, old accessories, broken bidet, air conditioning not independently adjustable (absurd)! On the last day we wanted to take a dip in the pool before leaving the room we found the gardeners cleaning during entry time! Terrible customer service, a four-star hotel but not even a three-star hotel has all these inefficiencies. The cost of the room was really exaggerated for the service provided, ants in the room. The only positive note was good breakfast and friendly staff! Stop!!!"

"Small hotel facing the sea with easy parking. Clean, welcoming and comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby, free beach and beach clubs. For breakfast, if there are any special needs, you must first notify the manager who will accommodate your requests (e.g. vegetable cappuccino, vegan croissant...). We were happy with our stay and I think we will return."
