Premier Inn Tewkesbury

Very disappointed with the way staff dealt with parking. I was not asked for my reg details on arrival. Then two weeks later i was sent a penalty notice. Premier Inn staff did nothing to help me appeal against this. the website of the Horizon company had nothing on it i could find to raise an appeal. I eventually managed to lodge an appeal on a different website to the portal Premier Inn and Horizon pointed me to. Dreadful way to deal with paying customers. Wont be staying there again.

We stayed in Tewkesbury premier inn while we were visiting family, the check in was very good and we were provided with all the relevant information. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. All the team that we saw were very pleasant.

I was Here for a training close to this hotel, coming from France I don't know what happen about English hotel and meal and I was relly surprised about the quality of bed, breakfast. If I could come back i will choose this hotel again.

Hotel clean and tidy as expected. £10.99 for cooked breakfast was not worth it! Sausages had been cooked for 24 hrs at least, fried eggs not fully cooked. Staff were busy chatting so just left as needed to be on the motorway.

TV sound is set by head office at such a low level it can't be heard and can not be altered by reception .despite the fact that many guests report this as an issue.it really spoilt my stay. Reception staff just said there was nothing they could do

We chose this premier inn to break our journey to Devon from Yorkshire. It is conveniently situated just off the M5. The staff are very friendly & efficient, the room was immaculately clean and the bed was supremely comfortable. We ate an evening meal in the attached restaurant which was very tasty and good value for money. All in all highly recommended 10/10

I'm a frequent guest here and Julia is always so helpful and makes me feel so welcome, which after a long car journey and hard day at work means a lot. It's like visiting a friend when Julia is working as she makes me feel at ease and valued as a customer. The rooms are great & always very clean and comfortable. I love staying here and this is my favourite Premier Inn and I travel a lot for business

Amazing help from Julia at reception. I got my dates wrong at another hotel down the road so julia fitted me in at the premier inn which was absolutely superb and such a help as its late and I had nowhere to stay. Many thanks again for finding me a room at such late notice.

Great hotel room was very clean and so comfortable.Like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Maria who went above and beyond service in helping me when my company had not booked a room for me,she looked after me and as a lady on her own I felt very safe knowing that she was able to look after me,shes a credit to you.Would definately stay again.
