The room was clean beds comfortable only problem is hallway stunk. Room didn’t stink. Tv was great bathtub was fine no leaking. Really no problem

Parking lot area did not feel safe. Several different folks hanging around outside the building at different times. There was no dining. Coffee in the lobby and instant oatmeal to take away.

Amazing staff! Feels like going home every time. Staff member Jose will greets with a welcome home and just makes you feel safe.

I grew up in this town, came back to stay for a visit and I have never seen anything so ghetto in Tewksbury. There were a lot of families living in the extended stay with lots of kids and babies. It was noisy for most of the night. People were cooking with their door open to the hallway making the hallway smell. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly, like the staff doesn't vacuum under the beds, had a huge hair ball roll out from under one of the beds. The "free breakfast" was literally a couple of gronola bars. This place made me sad to see what's become of the town. Save your money and stay at one of the better places in town.

Right from our arrival the establishment seem to be a bit not properly maintain. Even if we had made reservation the check-in time was very long. We enter the room and it smelled really bad and the room was dirty and poorly maintained. We ask for another room at the front desk but was not possible. We left and checked out with a promise to be refunded the next morning by the manager.

The counter was not clean and I had to wipe off coffee. There was no way to get ice or even glass in room. The cabinets are showing lots of wear.

Had family emergency, asked for 45 minute later check-out. It was denied outright. Sadly, that is the impression with which I left this ESA; other than that major inconvenience, had a good stay.

It was beautiful clean but no heat the furnace did not work I was freezing all night I checked out at 3:00 a.m.

We checked into Extended Stay, and checked out one hour later. The room particularly the fridge was not clean. The room was in need of a few repairs. As a family with a young child we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here unfortunately.
