衛生状態は良くありません。シートには以前のお客様の靴の跡があり、部屋には強い匂いがあり、別の匂いを覆い隠しているようです。洗面台などの設備は古くなっています。エアコン冷蔵庫は大丈夫です。それは伝えることに非常に近く、トランジットに便利です。

The room was dirty, there was a crushed bug on the wall.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness or lack thereof was a big issue - the bathroom-toilet need to be completely redone: dirty, moldy, old. The sheets had stains and holes.

Elevator was not working but the staff did turn it on for us for our elderly family members to use but had to turn it off. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest and one of the rooms in our group had bugs in the bed.

I thought with the name Wyndham on it that it would be at the very least clean without bugs crawling around.

Paint was pealing, mold on tiles, bathtub was dripping and was stained/pealed off. Did not feel comfortable using the shower.

I didn’t end staying when I got there the hotel was very uninviting. People sitting around outside smoking. When I arrived they informed me that the elevator was out of order and this ice machine was not working. They did allow me to cancel reservation. So I just left.

Stopped for the night on a long road trip. Immediately upon walking in the lobby reeked of smoke (cigarette and otherwise). The hallways leading to the rooms reeked all the more. The back “security doors” were broken. The pool looked oily. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned (found used cue tips on the floor). There were broken outlets by the window.

During our stay the building smelled like smoke in our bathroom the shower curtain was torn and I found hair all in the bathtub. The muffins were stale. The chip machine did not work. I had to ask to have our room cleaned. Overall it was okay but I will not stay there again.
