ブルー マウンテン イン(Blue Mountain Inn Lesotho)

This is an impeccable hotel whose quality goes far beyond anything you would expect in this small town setting. Rooms are airy, private, with lots of natural light and space. There is great electrical and wifi connectivity. Hotel is well-laid out, with a fantastic and meticulously-maintained garden. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff top-notch.

Worst experience of my life... Stayed in a room with no aircon, no menu, no hotel directory. The phone was not working, so couldn't call Reception, there was no hot water in the morning so I had to boil water using a kettle for bathing. I can go on and on, worst experience of my life.

A very pleasant 3-night working visit at the height of winter. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm, with electric blanket, 2 blankets and an oil heater on top of the mandotary duvet. Once I had switched off the electric blanket, had the two blankets removed from the bed and stowed in the wardrobe and adjusted the oil heater to a lower setting, I was in heaven! The only drawback was the TV mounted high on the wall, as I had difficulty following the subtitles for the local (RSA) soapies. Also, I did not find any cable (DStv) movie channels, though there was a sports channel. The facilities at the reception block were nice, the male receptionist very personable and the restaurant staff friendly. The food was ok and the only two complaints I had are that I requested the creaking bathroom door be oiled after the first night, but nothing came of it, and the wifi was a disappointment and we all ended up using our mobile data to hotspot our laptops. I would recommend the hotel for those who can purchase a mobile data package as back-up to the hotel wifi.

Ich war nur eine Nacht und die hat mich nicht überzeugt. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und unbequem, kein warmes wasser. Das frühstück war gut. Die leute waren super,sehr hilfsbereit.
