In April, my husband and I had the joy of hosting our Mehendi and Wedding ceremony at Planet Hollywood Thane and it was an absolute delight, and their hospitality exceeded all expectations and beyond. The hospitality extended by the entire team was exemplary, ensuring that every moment of our celebration was perfect. The team at Planet Hollywood, our Event ***ager Sheetal, Banquet ***ager Vishnu, Vikram at Travel Desk, Sanjay Gurbani & team (Event Design & Décor) were very professional, warm, welcoming and took care of every aspect of our events with meticulous precision, from the decor to the coordination of various activities, allowing us to relax and enjoy the festivities without any worries. One of the highlights of our experience was undoubtedly the food prepared by Chef Sumit. His culinary expertise shone through in every dish and left us and our guests in awe. We had guests from India and the UK so it was a tricky balance to impress both cultures and Chef Sumit and his team’s creations delighted our guests and left a lasting impression, from traditional Indian delicacies to innovative fusion dishes that made everyone happy and wanting for more! The food served during both occasions and during our stay was simply outstanding, reflecting Chef Sumit's creativity, skill, and dedication to his craft. I am also very thankful to Vishnu who accommodated our requests and took special care of us and all our guests. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of impeccable hospitality, attention to detail, and delectable cuisine made our celebrations truly memorable. We are grateful to the entire team for making our special days truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend Planet Hollywood Thane highly enough for anyone looking to host a memorable event.

Sunday is all about a lazy day – a day to refuel your energy and pump up for the coming work week. And what is more refreshing than a Planet Hollywood Sunday Brunch. This time they surprised us with a Malvani Brunch on our Anniversary Celebration. It was one of the best Malvani spread I have ever witnessed. Gautam, Sandeep and all the team members are extraordinary in servicing as well as greeting to their guests.. Always Smiling & Warm.. We have been served by Pankaj today & he was more than efficient. Thank You Team Planet Hollywood for making our special day even more special with this Delicious Malvani Brunch & Dedicated Service of you all. Special Thanks to Sandeep for his lovely Mocktails he serves me every time I visit this place. ❤️

Shubham from Housekeeping staff found a valuablebe earring & Returned to the owner, Only thing needs to be addressed is Room Airconditioner.. I guess they are underperforming. Buffet area very good. Sonu (Nick Name) from floor services performed excellent

My experience withPlanet Hollywood has been amazing. The ambience food, servers everything brought a smile . They offer free refreshing drinks and salads. We loved every minute spent here. The Kung pao chicken was delicious. They were very apologetic for the delay in serving our veg starter and even offered extra freebies for it while we waited. Loved the warmth of this place.

Great hospitality at Atmosphere restaurant!!!! I visited first time here and I will definitely come back again for the delicious food and fantastic service. Very friendly staff Rahul and Haidar. Nikhil the restaurant ***ager took care of us well.always making sure that everything is smooth. Beautiful dining experience!!!

The new rooftop restaurant is the best in Thane! The best part is the staff, so welcoming and attentive, Haidar and Nikhil cheers to you guys.. 5 stars for hospitality.. Thank you Chef Mayuresh for the amazing food!! Definitely visiting again..
