Cigarette smalling rooms with mosquitos and no hot water. No one cares no matter how ***y times you call and complain or go downstairs and complain. This cigarette smell is really suffocating and I can't sleep because of mosquitoes and can't even take bath.

Extremely bad experience. Room stinks; bedding was smelling awful; there was mould in the bathrooms; no shower curtains; the bed sheets were very dirty; towels were yellow in colour; air conditioner was creating lots of sound; poor hygiene in the restaurant; dress given for cleaning was very late in arriving and so had to postpone the checkout by 2 hrs and they had no idea where they had given it; extremely bad behaviour by the front desk folks

An hotel which had obviously seen better days. Run down with mould in the bathrooms. Reception staff with minimal English. No international credit card facilities to pay our bill. We had to rustle up cash. No safety deposit box, cash stolen from our room. The pool was clean and pleasant. The catering staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was limited. We emailed the hotel after our departure. Still awaiting a response a week later.

We 6 persons stayed from 23rd JULY 2022 in room no 208,209 & 210 and on 24th they shifted us to room no 205,218 & 219. on 25th morning we found BLOOD STRAINS in bed linen. It must be Menstrual blood and we have taken video of the same. If anybody wants in can send the video. On 24th when they shifted us to another room we i asked the receptionist MS. Anbarasi answered rudely. She doesn't know how to behave with guest. She is not fit for the post atoll. In room no219 we found big size cockroaches. Swmingpool is full of dust. We never stayed in such a Horrible, Wort hotel. We asked for their GM Mr.RAJESH contact no & nobody gave the number. We informed one Mr.PREMKUMAR Maintenance ***ager & not even said sorry. Please Don't waste your hard earned money in staying this hotel.

Service and location of this hotel are the best in Thanjavur. Very near to Thanjavur railway station , Brideshwara temple , Market area. Complimentary breakfast and quality of the food and taste also good, Specially S .Mohan the restaurant ***ager really a nice ***. Overall nice and comfortable stay with them.

The experience I had was horrible. No hygiene at all. The sheets, bed, towels all were dirty and smelling bad. Staff was not all professional and pleasing except the restaurant ones. Though breakfast choices were less, staff was polite and pleasing.

We opted for 2 interconnected rooms which as we are family of 4. The property looks old but is still maintained pretty well. The location is opposite to a clean canal hence offers a good view too. The food is delicious and serving it on a banana leaf make it all the more appetising :)All in all we had a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for 1 night with family and cousins. I enjoyed the swimming pool both in the evening and morning. Dinner at the Les Repas restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet spread was good with south Indian delicacies. Just need to refurbish the rooms and the linens. Overall enjoyed the stay

I spent four very pleasant days here. The three best things about the hotel in my view are its staff, the pool and the location. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s hard to single out particular individuals but the receptionists Anbarast and Mohamed were approachable and helpful whilst the restaurant ***ager Mohan was always smiling and eager to please his customers. The pool is lovely and well maintained, a welcome respite from the bustle and heat of Thanjavur. Location couldn’t be better with easy access to the train station and within walking distance of the magnificent Brihadishwar Temple and Royal Palace. It’s also in a quiet part of town next to a wide canal with little traffic noise. My room overlooking the pool was extremely comfortable with very clean bedlinen, tea making facilities, fridge, complimentary water etc. If I was to make any suggestion to ***agement it would be to upgrade the bathrooms which are a little bit tired but this was a minor issue. I highly recommend the Parisutham for a comfortable stay in Thanjavur.
