Needed a place to stay overnight…. Looked for a hotel off the interstate, was clean, was quiet and safe, which this hotel checked all of the boxes. Staff were friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was the usual breakfast that you experience in the United States…. just ok.

This hotel is in disrepair only clean the room when you ask thier cleaning is horrible floors are filthy sticky mess do not stay here

The service was good, but the hotel in general was in very poor conditions. The towels werent clean, the beds were dirty, and the floor was very sticky. There was mold in thr bathroom and on the walls, and poorly cleaned overall.

I have to tell you that your hotel was very bad off. Our room had a terrible smell. It had ripped up carpet and the fixtures in the bathroom were all rusting. I feel like we were cheated out of a lot of money and you should be ashamed.

Room old and dated. No housekeeping one of the days. Pool non-functioning and there was no place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather. But, it was quiet and staff friendly.

You get what you pay for. Location was perfect as we were showing at the Florida Horse Park, and there’s several restaurants right close to hotel. The gal that checked us in the first night was great. We stayed in one of the suites, and it was ok for our stay, but the couch was terribly dirty looking and very stained. House keeping did a good job every day and took our trash out regularly. The hotel was full most nights, and several nights there were loud people in the hallways. There were also several feral cats and a few possum loitering around the outside and side doors, I guess people have been feeding them. I had to be careful taking my dogs out the side door with them hanging around. Not a terrible place…but be prepared for it to be a little rough around the edges.

House keeping was not up to commercial standards, dirt and debris behind bathroom doors, hot water took forever , slow a/c and a musty smell when it ran, and the biggest blunder the 3rd party fee added on the bill . Shame on the hotel

Stayed for about a week; friendly associates; room clean; quiet; safe; felt very comfortable & will be returning to stay again on our next trip

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience.
