It is very good and clean hotel. They made a free park for my car. Also room was clean and breakfast was good.

Excellent 5 stars hotel, very modern and digitalized. I appreciated the big rooms and its great position with the sea view. The services, the restaurant, pool and spa were excellent! Food was super. I recommend this hotel for future stays!

After reading good reviews of their spa services, I booked hammam bath (Ali mama) to try out. I was not disappointed. It was one of the best spa experiences I have had, even better than that in many other great spas, including in Istanbul, Budapest, London, Rome, etc. The therapist was so good, a physiotherapist-massage therapist-beautician all in one. Afterwards, one feels so relaxed and revitalized. In fact I booked again to go back for another session of Ali mama hammam bathing service before my week long holiday came to an end. I’m looking forward to going back again next time when I am in Thessaloniki.

The hotel is just outside the busy center of Thessaloniki. You can easily reach the famous White Tower and the Umbrellas modern art object by foot, and if you are tired or it's too hot for walking, you can call a taxi which costs next to nothing - we paid 6 euros from the Aristotle Square. One of the decision-making factors when choosing this hotel was the swimming pool and it perfectly lived to our expectations - very clean, of a good size, the only thing, would have been great if it opened a bit earlier than 10 o'clock. Otherwise, the place is spotless, staff all helpful smiling and friendly, and spoke good English. We had a late dinner on the terrace of the hotel's restaurant, which turned to be exquisite and reasonably price for such a place. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choice, just keep in mind that the water is brought to your table by the waiters, as well as your tea and coffee. We sat outside at breakfast and enjoyed the sea view. Room choice advise: try to get an executive sea view room, a bit more expensive, but the view is worth every cent

We came here during our holidays travel, we enjoyed over the past five years....but everything changed. Reduced breakfast, on charge espresso and cappuccino, on charge omelet and fried eggs...this is the breakfast for 250€ night ? Another negative note on the concierge guy's, the are looking for tips and becoming impolite if you not showing "generosity"...they are like small Union

We stayed at the hotel almost 3 years ago. Planning a new trip to Halkidiki we were keen to return to Thessaloniki which is such a vibrant city. For us, the Makedonia Palace ticks all the boxes. The location on the promenade is excellent, always somewhere for a stroll and to watch the world ho by, staff are super attentive, the rooms are comfortable. new and spotless, and the breakfast is excellent. It was last time and it was the same this time. Thank you for another excellent stay.

Great location, great service, and great restaurants. Had a lovely week just after Christmas! Special thanks to the reception staff and the concierges who made our stay memorable! It's walking distance from the city centre and from all the shops and restaurants as well as the music hall where we enjoyed a wonderful opera night!

The Macedonia Palace hotel is one of the best in Thessaloniki. Magnificent view to the ocean, mountains and to the whole city from the balcony, the view is truly amazing and beautiful. The rooms are really great and you have a lot of space for everything you really need, you have a television at your room with a smart TV and an option to connect to the TV in various ways, you also get free wifi and easy login access unlike other hotels. The bathrooms are very big and comfortable aswell. The perfect room to stay it. About the parking, you can bring the car to the very nice staff outside and they will park the car for you for free and they will give you a paper for the car keys to when you will need the car back you bring the paper to them and they give you the keys back and bring the car for you. And there is also an underground garage for parking but they charge you for it! So be careful. About the breakfast, the breakfast is rich of everything you possibly need for a breakfast and everything is delicious. .Everyone is very nice overall For me the Macedonia palace hotel is one of the bests.

We visited the hotel with a group for a week tour in thessaloniki. The outside of the hotel doesn't look so magnifcent. The rest was absolutely amazing. The location is just in the center of things. the round white tower and the umbrellas structur are a few minutes walking away. The water front and the amazing walking path is just outside the hotel. We were amazed by the service of the stuff including the reception team, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff all gave the best service you could wish. I Thankr all the staff for an amazing week.

Excellent hotel, great staff, great food. Loved the breakfast buffet! Many, many choices and nice dining room. And the views from the rooms and the conference rooms are superb. Overall, excellent experience.
