Manager Ms Bishnu was very helpful right from I booked the trip. As I was traveling solo to Bhutan, she arranged the guide and driver. The room was upgraded and everything was perfect. Even the staff were very courteous and they ensured to cook according to my preference. Totally suggest this place if anyone is looking for a good stay in Thimpu.Top floor Rooms are good with great views. Good Bathroom and you get a study table as well. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Conveniently located above the Centenary market, with the center within walking distance.With comfortable rooms (with reading lamps!), great views from thev upper floors, attentive staff, and nice breakfast, this hotel is a real value in Thimphu.

Initially I booked this hotel for a week as I had a good experience before for longer night. In the end I decided to extend it to my entire business study. Conveniently located, good service and friendly staff is exactly as you hope in Bhutan. A country where doing business mindfully is still appreciated and recognised for is long term benefits. Whether you have official meetings downtown or visiting other businesses, it's central location and easy access to transportation makes it ideal. Market and shops just arrived the corner as well as the Lhakhang to share your blessings to the world. I only had the breakfast, but it was made specifically to my taste for the local cuisine.

It's a 4-star property with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The hotel staff is very nice and they also take guest requests/suggestions seriously. For example: Me and my wife went shopping in the main market and my kids 12 years and 7 years of age stayed at the hotel for 4 hours we told the hotel staff to take care of them and they connected with the kids and asked for their well being 2 twice over the call. WHICH WAS GREAT !!!! Best Part --------------- - The WiFi is excellent. - The hotel Location is very near to the main market which is great for shopping and Dining. - The hotel restaurant serves very good Indian, Chinese etc. So, for the Indians, there are no food-related concerns

Stayed in this boutique hotel for 2 nights. Staff and service were super friendly. Spacious and modern room. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a variety of options. Cappuccino served in restaurant was surprisingly good. We really enjoyed staying here

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. I stayed here before and after a trek, and it was very comfortable. Good wi-fi. The restaurant has a solid breakfast buffet and good coffee. I really enjoyed the bedding- particularly after sleeping on the ground for 7 nights! Wonderful shower.

The hotel may seem nondescript from the outside and in a rather ordinary part of town but from the inside it is a new modern boutique hotel with a contemporary touch to traditional Bhutanese interiors. The rooms are well maintained and furnished with a small area carved out for a work desk for those seeking to do some work. The onsite restaurant is spacious and offers both a buffet and a la carte choices. Wifi in the room is very good as is the overall service.
