Treebo Trend Goodland Residency

一晩滞在するにはまともな場所ですが、特に家族と一緒にいる場合はそれ以上ではありません。最初の長所： 1）簡単にアクセスできる場所 2）食べ物はまともで、お金に見合う価値 3）Treeboは部屋を滞在可能にする良い仕事をしました。素敵な雰囲気と快適なベッド。短所：1）Covidプロトコルと安全性は冗談です。フロントからルームサービス担当者まで、スタッフのほとんど全員がマスクなしで歩き回っています。 2) 駐車は運次第です。 4つか5つの適切なスポットはほとんどありません。 3) Treebo のリモート チェックインは時間がかかり、役に立たない。フォームに入力してドキュメントをアップロードするのに多くの時間がかかりました。しかし、私の家族が6時間の旅の後に待っている間、受付係は私にこれらすべてをやり直させました。彼らは何の情報も持っていないと言いました。 4）その点で、フロントデスクの人々はもう少し暖かく、不快感が少ないと思いました。これは、私が朝会った人々に特有のものです。 5) 朝食は 2 品に限定されていましたが、追加の要件がある場合は、食品の配達サービスを利用できます。

a decent stay with basic facilities.. clean room,polite staff breakfast ***y options...but quality has scope for improvement located close to ***y major landmarks...so great for a traveller on budget..

I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very small , it had no place left after the bed. Rooms are neat and clean. Good Bathrooms. Good business hotel for short stay. This is walking distance from Railway Station and KSRTC bus station. Complimentary break fast was good. Service was excellent, whether it was front desk (IJAZ) or the people at restaurent (For Break fast) I faced issue to work with laptop as there was not table to keep the laptop. They had a small space beside TV where they keep the coffee machine. So u have to move the coffee machine make space & then place the laptop

Not recommended- 23/08/2023 I had called up the reservation for Treebo good land Trivandrum and agent named Reshmi responded. I wanted book for 3 guests, we were a family coming over to attend a wedding. The response was hostile, seemed very unprofessional. She g***nteed I would receive a confirmation ober email and whatsapp which never arrived. It was a last minute booking for the same day and I had called from abroad. The first impression feels so insecure and hotel expects us to feel cared for during the stay. I'm expecting to hear back. This is the reason why people starts depending more on online booking platforms over direct channels. Zero hospitality, the agent was hardwired to say no all requests.

Service staff was not trained, they were rude. No basic courtesy. Cleaning was not done properly and was missed 1 day even after the request. There were no checks done prior to room checkin. Everything need to be asked , even basic toiletries.

The room I stayed was very clean and tidy. Restaurant and breakfast was superb. Staffs are well ***nered. Front desk made my Check in and check out very simple. Since hotel is in the heart of the city, no problems with movements. I really enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed in Goodland Residency with my family. Nice and clean rooms with comfy beds. Easy accessibility to anywhere from the property location. The food was also good. Have tried their special buffalo steak. One of the best steak I have ever had. Complementary breakfast was also a decent one.
