Had an amazing stay, the rooms are comfortable the food is delicious,the location is prime which makes it easier to travel around the city. We always stay here during our yearly visit,and have not once been disappointed. A special mention to Sreelekshmi from the restaurant team for taking great care of us!

A good luxury hotel inn Trivandrum and its location is very convenient to move anywhere in the city. The staff is friendly and they take good care. I found the room service to be very quick and was much faster when compared to other hotels. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.

The in-room dining staff was very rude, I asked him for khichdi, he completely denied that he will not give and when I called him again to ask what else can I order he said only sandwich, I further asked him if I can order dal rice as I have bad stomach that’s the reason I asked khichdi he directly denied that he will not serve dal rice as well and when I asked him his name after this much conversation he is asking what will you do with my name. There staff is very rude. Never faced this kind of behaviour in any other hotel.

This hotel provided the best services ever. They treated my parents like royalty and went over and above their call of duty. True, selfless service in every sense. Special kudos to ***n Karthik, Victoria and the GM. They are true assets who left an ever lasting impression in our minds. Thank you team Hyacinth

Everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Live music was excellent also. Guest service ***ager was very friendly and checking all the details. Quality of food was really good . Overall it was an excellent stay.

My family and I stayed here for seven days, split across two weeks. And it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was great, with the usual trappings of a high standard business hotel. Special love to the breakfast buffet and room service items. They were wonderfully made, with even something as ordinary as the dal khichdi tasting heavenly. The highlight of the hotel, however, has been their staff. All our love for Winona from the front desk, who was a constant cheerful and kind presence. She was very considerate to our needs, and her behaviour was par excellence. She added a warmth to our stay and indeed, the entire hotel. She's a star! Ashwin, Kylie, and Tym at Cafe Jade, were so kind. Cyna, Aishwarya, and Shouvik at the front office were always helpful and bookended our stay with their smiles. This experience with the staff literally extends across the hotel, with the doormen and the security staff being incredibly cheerful and holding down our taxis and flagging autos for us. The positivity of this place truly comes from their staff, and we fully recommend it!

We stayed for 10 nights from 3rd Feb24 .The location of the hotel is ideal in the city center.The hospitality& friendliness' of all the staff is exemplary.The rooms are comfortable,clean & welcoming .The restaurant served variety of excellent A la carte & buffet meals .With all the facilities like Gym,pool bar, etc we will highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

Excellent hotel. Courteous staff. Lovely breakfast. Good location. The hotel garden is lovely and luscious. Large rooms and very clean. Clean toilets/ shower room. Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel. I am traveling from UK and one of the best 4 star star hotels I have stayed in India.

We stayed in the month of Nov for 2 nights as a family , when we asked for pool access they refused saying they have a event so pool is not to be used for hotel guests my kids really wanted to swim , secondly we had a very early morning flight as we had taken the breakfast package we requested if they can pack something for the kids , the ***ager confirmed the same as said it will be ready when we leave but to our surprise we got a call in the morning saying that anything before breakfast timing will be chargeable , when we informed them about the ***ager confirmation they flatly refused , didn't like the place better to avoid
