ザ レジデンシー タワー(Residency Tower)

快適な滞在でした。バッファーは素晴らしく、部屋はピカピカに清潔でした。今日また予約しました。

屋上のレストランに行きました。雰囲気は良く、食事はまあまあでした。しかし、スタッフは平均以下でした。スタッフは多すぎ、メニューの知識が乏しい。衛生状態も悪い。担当スタッフを探しましたが、彼も皿に盛った料理をむしゃむしゃ食べているだけで、それほど良くは見えませんでした。このレベルのホテルなら、スタッフの質にも気を配るべきです。客室のスタッフもとても良かったと付け加えなければなりません。

Very nice place to stay , staff very friendly and helpful - rooms are spacious and kept clean . There is a buffet breakfast which is a nice spread , to start the day Convenient to major shopping on MG road , railway station is not far

The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. All amenities were catered for like provision of hair dryer and ironing board.

Had a very experience staying at this hotel which is centrally located in city centre. Mr. Thilak GM was very kind enough to offer me the best possible rates. They have a cozy bar with good selections of drinks. The food served is very tasty. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfying stay experience.

We had recently booked a 3 days and 3 nights stay at The residency towers Trivandrum. This was the second time we had booked at the residency towers, the first time was 5yrs back. The hotel is very cleanly maintained and the food is very good. Above all the staff is very helpful. During our stay, we had an unfortunate accident where my elderly mother fell from the bed and hit her head on the side table. The cut was deep and it was bleeding profusely. We called the reception for help and the ***ager (Mr. Vishnu) came promptly to our room with a first aid kit. He with the help of one of his colleagues suggested a good hospital nearby and we took our mother there. The ***ager was with us the entire time at the hospital and paid all the bills (which we reimbursed later that day ) and got all the prescribed medicines. He was with us until we got back to our room. It was impressive to see how quickly they acted, thought of a hospital with a CT scan facility (since it was a head injury) and took full control of the situation when we were all worried and caring for my mother. Even though it was our last night there, the ***ager was so kind and caring enough to give us an extra rollaway bed so that my mother could get some extra space and sleep peacefully without having to worry about slipping out of the bed again. These kind of services especially at a hard time truly says a lot about how much they care for their customers. We, the whole family, are truly thankful to the staff of The Residency towers, especially Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

The worth experience by food dining . I came with my wife this restaurant. all food taken long time to serve and also the serving people are not able to like to serve the dishes. But great ambiance from the top floor restaurant.food was just ok they serve soup like cold soup .all food it's extra spicy more people surrounding with us but nobody asking about the food experiance.plz font suggest this restaurant..

Stayed with my colleagues for a night... Not very pleasant front desk... Didnt feel the warmth of hospitality... Room was reasonably ok... Amenities inside room are very limited... Service boys were good and so do the food... Check out was also not very pleasent for us... Need improvement in hospitality and should bring more professionalism in approach.
