Booked this hotel for 2 nights. Room was a big hall with 2 plus 1 seater sofa. Neat and clean, however, it needs restoration at some places. 2 water bottles an tea making accessories were there. Tv was there but no one helped me to operate despite requests with the fron desk. Used it's wifi. Breakfast spread was nice and enough and service there was quick. Room service needs a little improvement. overall peaceful stay there, no regrets.

Keys Select, especially its Trivandrum property, is among our good choices during travels. Was there from 9 to 10 April 2024. It was our wedding anniversary; sensing that, the hotel arranged a cake cutting at the restaurant while at breakfast. Thank you Team Keys Select, and especially Mr Siddharth Remesh (Unit Sales Head), for the surprise treat! The stay was comfortable and well ***aged by an efficient team and support staff. We recommend Keys Select.

Awesome hotel. Suite room was so good and clean. I had comfort stay with family. Railway station and other are near by. (Heart of the city). Staff are really good, Thanks to front office staff Megha ,Chelsea,josphin,arjun ,chef nikhil. Totally i give 5 star 🌟 for this hotel. I really loved the stay. Seriously felt like home. My experience with Key select has been been wonderful. Love the food and well maintained room. Mr Balu F&b supervisor is very helpful and polite. Mr.josphin Front office duty ***ger behaviour is too good help us with checkin process. I mostly recommend please visit this place.

Security personnel is so attentive and co operate, food quality is excellent, room service was very good, tha staff was quite friendly. The whole campus was neat and clean, water facility good, AC worked well. Over all the whole experience was exciting.

I stayed with my family in Keys Select hotel at Trivandrum just 2 weeks before. We took suite room and its very spacious and clean. Staffs at front office, house keeping and room service are very friendly, courteous and responsive. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and so all the places (temples, restaurants, shopping centers) are very near and easy to reach. Dont miss the morning breakfast buffet, it includes all south indian varieties and continental food, and the food is very delicious. Based on my overall experience, the stay was worth for the cost and I would recommend this hotel for the stay.

Great service, the staff is very welcoming, and the precision in timing of delivery is impeccable. They are always open to new opinions on how to better their service. A great stay indeed. Definitely recommend that you try the Kerala cuisines which are prepared by the hotel chef, "Very tasty". All the waiters are very friendly and welcoming. They are always there to lend a hand to the guests at all times, literally a call away.
