Very nice place, room was cozy and amenities were very nice. There was no water to pour on the rocks in the sauna though :/ Otherwise very lovely stay!

the pool is open late which is great , clean and quiet, the staff is second to none best experience i’ve had at a hotel

The inn was a bit dated but clean, rooms were large, indoor pool and in a nice quiet surrounding. Didn’t think the restaurant would be good but it was very good and Kristina was wonderful!

Good old school place, but the pool area was not as nice as it was portrayed on the site. Pool was ok with 8ft deep end, but jacuzzi was small and always full, and the steam room was so bad it was almost comical. The sauna was the only saving grace until we saw some crawlers around the heating element.

Older facility but in tip-top condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well located in Mt Washington Valley area.Good value.

Where else can you go on a Sunday evening and find 3 of the family members who own the property working! Always great quality and service.

They started off by putting us in a room different then I booked then it was freezing in there also the telephone to call the front desk was broken front desk lady was very rude

This must be the place to go to for this area. Gorham/Berlin are small towns up in the northern white mointains without much to do unless you are an outdoors enthusiast. They have in indoor pool that was absolutely packed when we stayed. A small little arcade for the kids. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of channels to watch on TV. Overall this was a good place and I would stay here again.

This place is a gem. Our dogs loved staying here the back lot was a great place to play with them. Housekeeping came by daily and gave us everything we needed. Staff was always smiling and friendly. Room and hotel was clean and maintained. We had an interior door and a door we could pull our truck right up to. 1st pet friendly hotel room we have stayed in that didn't have some kind of oder. The stuffed haddock at the restaurant there was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and if we make our way back up to sunday river we will stay again.
