ノーブレック キャッスル ホテル(Norbreck Castle Hotel & Spa)

ホテルの外の清潔さは、駐車場から入り口までゴミやタバコの端があり、何週間もきれいではなかったように見えます。事故の原因となる可能性のある緩いスラブ。 そして私たちの滞在中、外は決して掃除されていませんでした。朝食は良くなかったし、ソーセージはひどく味わった。ゲストはタオルを手に入れなければならず、レセプションからお茶とコーヒーを褒め称えました。これは到着時にcovid 19を使用して部屋にあったはずでしたが、言い訳にはなりません。

あまりクリーンではないルームサービスでは、毎日のミルクシュガーティーバッグコーヒーなどは一度もありませんでした

The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, but the hotel was filthy, and stunk of damp. Each area had a different kind of smell. The first room I was given, was meant to be upgraded, as I was at a large weekend event. The wet room I was given, had years of grime on the tiles. The carpet was filthy. I had paid for a double and had got a twin. I said I wouldn’t stay in that one. The next one was better, but had paint peeling off the wall. The bathroom, you had to shuffle to the side of the toilet, to use the sink and shower. I had to make do. I was accosted by a man demanding I pay for him on my card, and he was going to give me cash, because he had no ID. None of the security came to help. They eventually did remove him. There was an incident which I have decided not to report to the police, of a man with strange behaviour towards me. The food was often cold but no-one was taking theirs back, so I didn’t. The ceiling collapsed by the bar, and it was lucky, in a busy hotel that no-one was underneath it. The rooms were cold, and although I got a heater, many didn’t. The rumour was that the head office turned it off as it was warm, but it wasn’t warm, it was cold. I stayed one day with trip.com, the next 4 days/3 nights was with the people running the weekend.

Good for the price and very attentive staff, I honestly didn't want to go home.

Waited over an hour to check in. They simply do not care about customer service or expectations of customers. Don’t believe me. Book a room and you will see!

The staff were friendly. The hotel was nice. The room was a bit disappointing. There were long black hairs and a dead spider in the bath. There was a panel in the bath side that rattled when windy and the light kept flashing. The beds were there was flakes of paint on one bed and all over the floor and only one towel for two people. The breakfast was tasty but the orange juice had been watered down. The leisure centre was lovely. Spent an enjoyable afternoon swimming, sauna and jacuzzi. Didn't use the gym but looked good. There was plenty to do through the hotel including a cinema entertainment.

A Horrendous experience. The 40 minute check-in was completely unacceptable alongside the staff not acknowledging the issues and upset that this was causing. This is obviously something they must be used to and therefore offered no apologies, just excuses. Paper thin walls and constant creaking from room above creating a sensory overload meaning we left at 9pm and drove one and a half hours home.
