Neat and Clean Rooms and Breakfast was good, Restaurant ambience was wonderful, as when we are having breakfast heavy rain outside. Travel Desk Pickup and Drop CAB service was too good. Drawback of Kerala Hotels are Check-in and Check-out timing, Which does not suit who are coming in Early morining trains, But in ****** they are ready to do Early check-ins with nominal amount which is advantage.

M/s Hotel ******, Thrissur is a well-maintained, budget-friendly property. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days ***** with my family during the fourth week of May 2024. I would like to say that I am highly impressed with the courteous manner of all the staff and the facilities of the hotel. We received excellent services from all the sections viz. security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. The location of this hotel is ideal for easy access to any part of the city. Moreover, they also have enough car parking facilities. The complimentary breakfast deserves special mention as it has a wide spread of South/North Indian as well as continental dishes. Therefore, I highly recommend this property for travellers seeking a high-standard hotel in and around Thrissur, Kerala.

One of the best hotels I stayed - special mention to the hygienic tasty food served in a nice ambient environment and pleasing staff. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best with apt items available . The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.Welcome drink adds to the hospitality

I used to stay always in ****** Hotel whenever I visit Thrissur. So lovely, wearing a new look after renovation. Nearest to railway station and KSRTC/Private bus stations. Enormous parking space with many conference/party halls including big convention halls. Visitors to Thrissur should atleast stay here for a day, which will make them stay longer or again in future. Food and toiletries deserve appreciation. Best wishes to the Management and Staff.

The experience wasn't pleasant. The TV wasn't working correctly, the rooms weren't adequately lit, and the service was incredibly slow. Employees were helpful. Standard room quality was subpar because the air conditioner wasn't even working.

In my personal openion the price they are offering is not worth in comparison to the cleanliness and facilities available in the hotel. Most of the furnitures seems to be very old. Its an average rating hotel. I felt, though the standard rooms are available online, hotel offer (and says) only executive rooms are available when we approach the hotel directly.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, good food, and peaceful atmosphere... Right in middle of city too! Accessibility to shops and temple. All walkable distance only. On the whole pleasant experience ... Would recommend for families though it's a business hotel..

Value for your money. Away from City traffic, but very near to all important places. Courteous behavior of staff and front desk.
