四星級酒店，環境優美，離火車站和圖恩湖很近，周圍也有超市。很舒服，房間會比較小一點。很乾凈，價格也比因特拉肯便宜

I've only stayed one night but it was great! Nice hotel, everything was clean, cozy room with a nice view. The location is also nice. In walking distance you can reach almost everything in Thun. Good address to stay!

Very nice hotel, shame there was no health wellness facilities being a 4 star but all in all very it was a lovely stay

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were more than willing to hold onto our luggage for a few hours after we checked out and took a day trip to Eggishorn.

Overall, it was not a good experience due to the unfriendliness of the staff at the reception desk. The facilities were good given that the hotel has been recently renovated. We could still smell the chemicals used for renewing the building (this wasn’t an issue but gives an idea of how new it all was). The staff at the reception was simply rude and unfriendly. They seemed to be angry at having guests arriving. After staying in Zermatt and Zürich where we were welcomed to our stay, here it was as if we were bothering by checking in. I believe management should address this, as the location and facilities are great, but arriving and feeling unwelcomed is not the best feeling when staying at a hotel. If service is improved, I would definitely come back.

Booked directly through the hotel website. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Room overlooked the river and had a great view. The overall quality of the room, materials, and amenities was high. We did not hear any other noise while in our room. Bed was comfortable w/ USB and iPhone ports bedside. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to the train station. We did not try the restaurant.

Perfect location in the center of the old town, close to public transportations (trains and buses). Very clean and spacious room, good bed, quiet with view on the river, and great service.

Property is recently renovated and very stylish, with a consistent aesthetic throughout. Furnishing and finishings are well thought out, modern, and luxurious. The property itself is ideally situated, with lovely views of the Aare River, the historic covered bridge/dam, and the architecturally interesting surrounding buildings. Our room was comfortable, clean, and very functional. Very nice shower. Balconies are great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and got us into our room early. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a generally good stay at Hotel Aare with some hiccups. The rooms are newly renovated in a nice style. While the rooms are very small they were clever with the placements. For a few days if you are not around much the rooms would suffice but for a relaxing longer stay/more than 1 person a bigger room would be recommended. Unfortunately on one of the days I was woken up around 7am by drilling but I hope this was an exception. The rooms were also very cold and reception was not informed on how to heat them up, despite asking twice since the climatisation didn’t work. After some searching I found a radiator hidden behind a curtain, which reception was totally unaware of and never informed of before. Restaurant food was great!
