A clean, convenient ”local” hotel located very close (＜10 minute walk) to the Binhai High-speed rail station. Friendly service (no idea if they speak English.) Not fancy, but inexpensive and a good value. The rooms are modern (the hotel is more modern on the inside than on the outside), with good amenities: in-room wifi, USB ports and electric outlets near the headboard, a clean bathroom with a good shower. Good 'black-out' curtains for sleeping at night to block out the light, that are controlled by 3 buttons next to the headboard are a surprisingly ”luxurious” touch. You may even encounter a robot in the elevators! Recommended if this is what you are looking for. (Photos show the view out the room window, and the robot in the elevator.)
