渓也ホテル 天台（赭渓老街）

部屋は清潔で、環境も良く、交通の便も非常に良いです。スタッフはとても親切でした。周辺施設も充実しており、食事も豊富で、今回はとても素晴らしい体験ができました。

This is our second stay here and we had an amazing 6 nights. This continues to be the very best hotel that we have ever stayed in, and we have booked 5 star hotels across the US, Hawaii, Japan, Europe, etc. The design aesthetic is impeccable zen garden with the most gorgeous koi pond. The staff (Xiao Zhang, Xiao Yang, Ding Ding, Xiao Chen) are all extremely kind and helpful with many familiar faces from our stay here last year. They let my husband use the tea room for his US work meetings at 4 am and let my 4 year old feed their fish in the mornings. The surrounding street is also very festive with great restaurants within a short walk. Tiantai is an amazingly scenic location as well, with many temples nearby. We plan to book another stay here next summer!

The hotel is simply amazing. Located in the heart of Tiantai, it is a true gem. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the beautiful Japanese-style furnishings add a lovely touch. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Even though they don’t speak English, they were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us. Zhang at the front desk was especially lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It's a pleasant surprise when we entered the hotel. It's a brand new 4 star hotel with a 5 star standard. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Superb location on the famous old street. The whole area is tastefully lit up. The seafood hotpot meal at the restaurant is out of this world with very freak ingredients. Outstanding

To be honest, the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. What makesbit more pleasant are the front desk on the time we check-in also when we check out. Really attentive, thoughtful. Recommended!

酒店環境優雅，裝修風格很喜歡。 服務也超熱情， 入住時帶進房間介紹各種設施， 提供歡迎水果和手串。 房間的風格很日式，房間很寬敞。 洗浴用品是LE LABO，飲用水是依雲，還有冰箱裏贈送的飲料和零食。 整個房間設施和用品都很高端。 房間非常安靜，這也是對出差人士來説最重要的一點。 約人談事情就在酒店的茶室，環境很絕，看圖片。 酒店一出門就是老街，非常方便。 得知早上八點多要出門，酒店安排了中式早餐直接送到房間。 非常豐盛，也很貼心。 下次來天台，肯定還會選擇入住這家酒店。

這次入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上睡得特別安穩。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，周邊交通便利，出行方便。衞生間設施齊全，熱水充足，整體環境安靜雅緻，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦！感謝管家小張的周到服務！

這次入住天台溪也酒店體驗非常驚喜！酒店禪意滿滿，中式庭院設計雅緻，小橋流水，一步一景，鬧中取靜。入住期間遇到市政建設的噪音問題，管家小張特別貼心主動，第一時間幫我們調換到安靜的榻榻米房間，高效解決了休息困擾。每天的早餐都用心準備，細節到位，全程服務有求必應，響應及時。出門就是赭溪老街，遊玩出行很方便。非常感謝小張的周到照顧，來天台強烈推薦這家，下次過來還會選擇溪也！
