To much technical troubles: heatin, telephone safe wifi shower elevator Gently service Excelent covered parking Directly acces to the ski tracs Good breakfast Large suite Cossy hotel The hotel needs techical upgrade and is by this not a 5 stars but only 3

I stayed here for a week with some friends. We were all blown away by the service - from start to finish the staff were brilliant. The breakfast is great and we all loved the spa/pool. They also provided us with free shuttles around Tignes, which is a great perk. When we left, we got a goodie bag for our transfer back, such a lovely gesture. Absolutely recommend.

Hotel location is great close the centre of Le Lac and Ski in ski out. rooms comfy, great hotel facilities. The breakfast and restaurant food is top tier. Great touch have free minibus pickup service throughout Tignes (handy for apres ski) All staff friendly and very helpful

A great stay at the suites, all good! Food excellent, lots of choice. Room overlocked the piste! Coundn’t ask for more! Reception was very helpful with all our asks. Nice to have a beer and cake at the end of the day.

Wow what an amazing hotel The Rooms are absolutely beautiful , as are the staff and the food The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious and the dinner at night is so lovely and they made our children feel very welcome They really take care of you The boot room is nice and spacious, so you have room for everyone to get their boots on in the morning It’s fab for Skiing in I would recommend if you want any treatments in the Spa to book them before you go Also, the swimming pool is inside in this hotel, but you are able to use another Montana hotel down the road which has an outdoor Pool You need to take one lift and then ski down two slopes to get into the hotel It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the square to the hotel depends on if you have a little ones We tended to ski into the hotel about 4,45 just before the kids lessons finished at 5 pm and then walk down in our walking boots, with the kids walking boots in backpack, Let the kids change into their walking boots and then we would carry their skis home. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. When you get in from Skiing at teatime, there are loads of beautiful cakes and croissants, waiting on the bar for free Thanks so much for gorgeous stay 😀

This was our third time at the Hotel but first stay in the suites. We had been desperate to stay in the suites and I’m pleased to say they didn’t disappoint. The reception staff are so polite and helpful. The restaurant/bar staff are amazing! So hard working and professional A particular big thank you to ‘ Kunal’ (waiter) who made our whole holiday experience special. The afternoon tea was a particular highlight of the day. I can see where other reviewers are coming from in regards to the hotel looking tired. This does add to the alpine charm. The pool and spa areas could do with a clean up and faulty showers etc to be repaired. This didn’t stop us from using it however The other thing I would say is for the hotel to invest in some softer, fluffier pillows. We did ask for some but told there weren’t any. Overall it was a fantastic holiday.

The hotel is a luxury hotel, but with a relaxed atmosphere. Personnel is serviceminded and very attentive. Not "flashing luxury" but very cozy and pleasant. The food was abundant and very good quality. Hotel ideally situated in Tignes le Lac.

Great & spacious rooms (although as others have mentioned the lack of shower on the wall is an annoyance). Staff were amazing - so willing to help, especially appreciated given we had two young children. Food was good in all restaurants, the restaurant in the suites was quiet, the other restaurants a few more kids and a bit louder. Options for everyone. Drinks quite pricey. Spa was good, decent pool, perhaps a bit cool but was fine for me. I’d have rated 4* based purely on facilities, but the staff make it worthy of 5*.

Very friendly staff, fantastic location. The rooms and spa are possibly a bit tired but nevertheless we had a wonderful ski holiday. It is a true ski in ski out location. I would definitely recommend it.
