良いホテル

房間挺大，隔音很差，一直都能聽到外面的有聲音。

I was a female US citizen traveling alone. I got woken up by Immigration officials, 5 of them, pounding on my hotel room door at 2:00 am demanding to see my identification. I gave them my passport and asked what was going on and their were leader said that they were checking immigration, status of hotel guests. I said at this hour? He said yes at this hour. I then thought to mention that I am a permanent resident and he asked to see that card too. So I gave it to him. Then he was asking a lot of questions about my travel, why had I gone to Mexico City a few times (reading stamps in passport), what’s the purpose of this current trip? Where do I live? And he wanted A LOT of detail about every answer I gave. Apparently everything I said, satisfied him and his friends, because he went away, but I did see them checking other rooms while they were talking to me. That was kind of scary. I wonder if they are just checking everyone at the hotel or if they are looking for someone in particular? It was definitely immigration officials. They had uniforms indicating so. They were ALL business. The desk clerk on duty the next morning had no explanation. Furthermore, the stated charge for the buffet breakfast was 150 pesos, and they tried to shake me down for 275.

Liked the location and the kindness. Unlike that kids were wondering around making so much noise and the adults even after we complain . Next time I will ask for a floor with no kids so I may rest.

Staff was great. the only problem I had was the morning we left to the airport we noticed what appeared to be bedbugs on my sons car seat protective cover. I would advise people to learn from my mistake and check the bed and all their belongings before hand.

I am very found of this hotel in tijuana. It is priced very reasonable for the area. I had a bad experience with the on site restaurant this time. As I checked in, they informed me of complimentary breack fast. I had never expected any thing good about a free meal. But as I sat there, ther was nothing to eat. further the cashier comes an asks for my room number as expected. Dissapointed, I had a few crumbles, I leave a tip as customary and then they call me to pay for the buffet. I had to strongly complaint as they wanted payment for a crappy meal I didn't even had. Didn't get charged...But this kind of service really degrades the quality expected from a Fiesta Inn franchise. I hope I didn't yell too much.

Check in/out staff, gentleman helping luggage, and janitor were all very helpful nice people. Very courteous and it makes us want to come back to this hotel.

This is a great little hotel just minutes to the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. Will definitley stay there again.

The carpet was very dirty. Our feet were black. There was only 2 bath towels in the restroom for 4 people. Two of the lamps weren’t working and the room did not have enough light. Other than that, the hotel is in a decent area with lots of food options/restaurants.
