Nice and clean.the only need to improve the coffe maker .make 30 min line to take my coffe. The rest not a ploblem .

I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews, but I chose it for its location and price. In my experience, the staff was attentive, I had no problems with my reservation, the room was clean, just a slight musty smell and slightly old furniture. Breakfast was very good, fruit, coffee, juice, chilaquiles, eggs, etc. In general, it was a good experience.

Expect to be over charged once checking out and to top it off room was dirty and smelly wall where dirty with mold and a wonky elevator DONT WASTE UR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS HOTEL

It was ok . The room smell bad had to call maintenance people so they could put something in the drain for the smell they were fast in resolving the issue cleaning lady was very nice with all the help.

Sheets and pillow cover were dirty with blood and poop stains. Smelled like someone with a bad odor had just stayed there. Got a room change and at least the sheets and covers didnt smell bad

The staff and breakfast were good, but the building is not cared for well. Our room had a broken shelf in the shower, a broken AC unit, a broken phone, water damage on the wall from the AC, and black mildew visible. Other areas of the building had broken door jams, black mildew, and broken windows.

It was not clean and when we arrived our card did not work and we had to go back to the counter to fix the problem as well the toilet was plugged.

I do not recommend this city express, I showed up with my family and the reservation had been cancelled for two rooms, they said because check in limit was 6pm. Big lie, they send us to another hotel saying they had something for us and when we showed up the other city express did not know anything. We tried to call the hotel and they do not answer, we called the ******* where we made the reservation and even them could not reach the property. This hotel is scamming people please investigate them..never staying in this hotel line again.
