Staff was friendly, my room was clean, clean sheets and pillows. The food available for room service was very good. Would recommend. Elevator wasn’t working during my stay but stairs don’t bother me.

Rooms were not clean. Poor water pressure. Limited dining around hotel.

My pre paid room was unavailable. They gave me a room with broken AC adn no hot water. My white socks turned black walking in the room. The front desk was not helpful and all I wanted was to be let out of the reservation so I can go somewhere else. The complimentary breakfast was limited to a tiny portion of fruit, 1 cup of coffee and 1 peice of bread. Terrible experience. It's a nice older property with so much potential, but the owner or management is weak at best.

We have stayed here in the past and found their staff, service and check in/out process to be seamless & easy. We enjoy the pool area with umbrellas and ample trees/plants & chairs & service with nice drink options. Although it is not a heated pool, the kids liked it very much. The buffet was ok quality food with lots of choices. The only complaint was we didn't find the wifi anywhere and it was extremely noisy with parties going on on our floor and in the lobby. Overall, it's a good hotel. I would probably stay there again because it is still a very good value and I like how I'm treated there. Might just want to bring some ear plugs to ensure a good night's rest.

Did not like this property at all. The whole building smelled like smoked, room was dirty, phone in room didn’t work nor AC, I notified them and didn’t get it fixed.

Terrible Hotel. Staff was okay, they don't even greet people, specially when they saw me talking in English (cant speak Spanish). We stayed here only 1 day, experience was horrible. Hotel was super noisy, whole night we were not able to sleep because of Traffic (Car speeding, Ambulance noise) next to the hotel. At night around 3am, next door people were drinking, talking loudly and no was asking them to stop. Its like cheap hotel where people come and drink and do parties. Not recommended at all and will never visit again.

Rooms are bigger then most hotels rooms I've stayed in Tijuana. That being said rooms are dated but clean. Hotel location was great. Valet parking only sometimes it get a lil hectic coming and leaving.

Feels safe! Clean! Parking attendants are awesome they are very friendly, helpful and kind!!!

I didn’t have shower curtains. Shower water and sink water pressure was very low. What kind of hotel doesn’t have shower curtains. I guess that’s why the water pressure was low so it wouldn’t get all over the floor. I stayed in motels with better basic amenities
