The smell at the room was bad like someone with diarrhea was there before me, I had to wait 20 min to be attended to the reception,

Decent hotel they only accept cash which I wasn't aware of. The area is ok lots of noise during the nights. The rooms are good.

No lamps next to the bed. Only 1 overhead light bulb. Only 2 Electrical outlets, both far from the bed. Very small TV very high up and difficult to watch. Bed is nice. AC is EXCELLENT, a couple of times i had to turn it down because it got too cold.

Rusty shower head, and loud noise at the door by the neighbors, bed wasn’t comfortable

Convenient place. A bit of a disagreement on my side that need to pay extra as a disabled patron to stay in the first level since they are now newly renovated rooms. They’re real nice but still shouldn’t be more expensive especially since they’re needed in first level for ADA Reasons.

The staff treated all rooms with some smelly substance. Very inconvenient

We arrived to a uncleaned room with a foul smell the bathroom towels looked like rags we had a reservation for 2 days next morning we requested clean towels got back to an uncleaned room we had to leave again for a couple of hours for them to clean it bed was cleaned foul smelled remained

Bathroom smells like sewage

When you check in you can't see a person you're talking to a mirror. Very frustrating
