The hotel is very nice but our room was rather basic.. It is certainly in need of maintenance as the door to our room kept getting stuck and the furnishing is very simple. There was a small terrace. WE ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was good and the service was kind and friendly. A big plus for us is that they do serve wine at a reasonable price.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. You can tell this was once a beautiful loved Hotel. The rooms did not feel particularly clean, hair in the bathroom, shower which flooded, very very basic (eg no coffee or kettle in room). The breakfast spread was a mess and the restaurant seemed overwhelmed. The room keys almost always malfunctioned so you need to walk back and restart them The grounds are gorgeous and like I said it wouldn’t take much to turn this into a real luxury hotel. At the moment, unfortunately it just feels neglected and is so rundown.

The pool area of this hotel is the only nicer part. Other than that nothing seems to work. The shower door was falling off and the taps on the sink had the same problem. We had to hold the tap with one hand and turn it on with the other for fear of breaking it off completely. The breakfast area was filthy as were the tables. We witnessed one guest wash his hands by pouring water over them at the table during dinner and the table cloth was still in place for breakfast. Disgusting!

In room 112 the sink emptied straight onto the bathroom floor. I only discovered my replacement room 103’s extremely leaky shower the next morning. Shower lukewarm. The toilet didn’t leak and flushed OK. Breakfast very poor. Beer fine, sometimes warm. Others in the group tried the pool, OK. Airco worked well; laundry service good. Bed reasonably comfortable. WiFi OK. Keycards a bit dodgy. Overall not to be recommended.

J’ai dîné dans votre établissement entre le 12 et le 14 février 2026 lors de mon passage à Timimoun. On m’a servi une omelette aux champignons et, peu de temps après l’avoir consommée, je me suis senti très mal. Cela fait maintenant près de 10 jours que je suis malade, et la situation est vraiment difficile. Je ne suis malheureusement pas le seul : plusieurs personnes m’ont également fait part de problèmes similaires. Je conseille vivement à la direction et au personnel de redoubler de vigilance concernant l’hygiène et la qualité des aliments servis. La sécurité alimentaire ne doit jamais être prise à la légère.

Excellent séjour, établissement propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Je n'approuve pas les avis négatifs que j'ai pu lire... Oui certaines choses sont perfectibles mais le personnel est attentionné, rapide à solutionner les problèmes. La chambre était grande, climatisée, avec TV. L'hôtel a le wifi. En même temps il y a tellement de choses à faire à Timimoun ! Demandez à l'accueil, ils ont des contacts pour des excursions à bon tarif. Le gros point de cet hôtel : quelle vue sur le désert depuis ces nombreuses terrasses! Et la piscine : propre, eau cristalline, nettoyée tous les jours. Franchement, rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Attention à prendre de l'argent liquide, il est difficile de retirer à Timimoun, l'établissement ne prenant pas la CB lors de notre séjour.
