The evening desk manager was most helpful for our specific needs, and all with a pleasing warm personality. Thanks go out to that young lady We had a very comfortable sleep as well. Very clean, from the entrance way to our room. Pride in customer satisfaction was obvious

Nice. Great price. Had all we need. Awesome water pressure so we could enjoy a nice shower. zero carpets in the room is great also. Will stay there again for the price. Location is good too, right as you get Into town so we didn't have trouble finding it.

Value for money. Clean, quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Close to airport. I will book their again. Bed was very comfortable. Not pleased with the fact that to watch a movie, it was either PPV or Subscription.

I called yesterday around 10am the lady I spoke to didn’t tell me her name I don’t mean to write this, but she had no clue about your ameneties, I tried booking 2 room she wasn’t able to help me, I called back around 5pm her name i hope I write it correctly she spoke loud and clear very patient and friendly she explained your hotel to me very well. Just because of her friendliness I want to stay there.Thank you Patricia .My wife also stayed there a few weeks back and your head housekeeper she said her name something rarmandeep I hope I wrote it right. Extremely kind my wife needed a bed change she came and did it her self. Love the staff overall. Great customer service

Right from the get go this was a terrible stay. The app kept crashing and I needed up with two reservations, one of which was a room with a jetted tub. When I arrived the front desk said that room isn’t available, which was strange as I had a reservation for it… I ended up with a kitchenette room that smelled really bad. Thank god the windows opened. But the locks on the windows were all broken. Being on the first floor that made me a little nervous. Also there were no screens in the windows so bugs and insects could just fly in. The fridge was new so it worked well. The couch smelled so bad I couldn’t sit on it. They need to clean this place up, I will not be staying again. Only stayed there as the other hotels were sold out.

I went to the front desk to ask for help and the male front desk clerk was sleeping on the couch. I stood around for a while, but he did not wake up, an emergency would have happened, and he wouldn't of known.

Drove across the province for thanksgiving weekend with a reservation made on October 2 for Oct 8ths we have stayed here a few times in the past. Arrived, they changed their pet policy on Oct 1 to NOT pet friendly so we turned away after driving all day. Not happy, will never recommend. Stayed at the Holiday inn luckily…way better place, way better breakfast and cost us less than our reservation at the Ramada…so it turned out for the best

Great service- loved that they accommodated our dog! Overall great cleanliness- highly recommend! Will definitely return! Very pet friendly which is also very much appreciated! Good access from all points too!

A decent place to stay in Timmins. Motel was clean and staff were attentive. Provided breakfast was tasty, fresh, and nutritious. Location was near many restaurants and plazas, but away from the downtown area.

The hotel is central to many amenities. Great location. In general, the staff are friendly and hospitable. If you have pets, it's a great place to stay. There is a courtyard and a teepee so you can hang out. There is also a large parking lot, an excellent area to walk your dogs.

Rooms are very costly, check in takes forever, lied to about getting 2 king size beds and only got 2 double beds, after checked in and to our room only then was I told they didn’t have those size of beds. If your looking for a motel where you spend most of your night at the front desk this is the place to go. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, nor stay here again. I would rather sleep in my vehicle next time first.
