The staff are friendly, the SPA is good!

We were scheduled to stay at another hotel (through Trip.com) which ended up being closed down. Rather than simply refund our money, Trip.com was VERY helpful and offered to secure another place for us, at their own expense. SO, we ended up at Hacienda Chichen. I have no words for it. The most serene, other-worldly, back to nature, classy, historic place I think I have ever visited. Exquisite is the best word for it. The grounds, the rooms, the pool, the food; it was truly a SANCTUARY. If you want a place to completely restore your soul and sense, choose Hacienda Chichen. Nothing else compares.

酒店位於雨林自然保留區裏面，原先步行景區入口，現在maya鐵路和奇琴伊察入口重修，離酒店就遠了，需要打車。這裏自然很好，雨林很安靜，員工想要小費地友善。進出都要預約登記過。房間床都很舒服！

Great place to stay while visiting Chichen Itza. Great menu for all meals. Fresh and tasted wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful old school hacienda What a lovely lovely place, it really takes you back to old school colonial architecture and living. The hotel has developed a wonderful eco friendly hotel with a beautiful garden and pool that should be enjoyed. Food was wonderful and so nice to see that they produce as much of their own food as they can and where they’re unable to, they source from the local community. Our only comment would be that if you were staying for more than one night, the beds are small for 2 so as a family it’d be worth considering 2 rooms but it really didn’t detract from our stay.

This property is awesome. It is very peaceful and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tree of life out front is amazing. The pools is very nice too.

It was an amazing stay. We arrived late at night and Adrian waited for us, to greet us and gave us a fabulous welcome. He made sure that our stay was unique and personal ! Gave us the proper advice for travelling around and recommended the best dishes where food was concerned ! The room was tastefully decorated and the entire ambiance of the property was absolutely amazing! Definitely it’s a ‘must stay’ place. Thanks Adrian and staff for the fabulous hospitality and everlasting memories ! Best of luck to the staff and management of Hacienda ♥️
