ホテルは美しい砂浜に面しています。とても美しい場所です。ホテルはシンプルですが、部屋には滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っています。ただし、トイレは段ボール製のドアの裏にあります。 スタッフはフレンドリーです。桟橋からホテルへの送迎サービスがあり、1人30リンギットです。 全てが素晴らしかったのですが、一つだけ残念な点がありました。誰かに噛まれたようです。プランクトンか、泳いでいるときに何かが皮膚を火傷させたのかもしれません。あるいは虫かもしれません。

このホテルは5つ星ホテル並みの料金設定ですが、設備やサービスは2つ星モーテル並みでした。3日間の滞在中に10回も停電に見舞われました。料金は5つ星ホテルどころか7つ星ホテル並みなのに、全てが追加料金です。例えば、ハンバーガー1つが30リンギットもかかり、質も非常に悪かったです。食事も宣伝通りのインターナショナル料理ではありませんでした。 チェックインは午後2時でしたが、フェリーが午前10時に到着したため、家族と私は待たされました。チェックアウトは午前11時です。私たちが既に非常に高い宿泊料金を支払っているにもかかわらず、電気と水道の使用量を減らすため、このような対応をしているのは明らかです。 全体的に見て、非常に残念な経験でした。これが最後の滞在でしたが、料金とサービスが大幅に改善されない限り、このホテルを誰にもお勧めできません。

ティオマン島のとても素敵なホテル 清潔なホテル、清潔な部屋。素敵できれいなビーチ。遊べるビーチアクティビティがたくさん。

全部屋タイプの中で一番値段の高いヴィラを選択しましたが、3人で宿泊しましたが、初日に水を4本あげた後、清掃サービスはなく、部屋からフロントへの連絡もありませんでした。枕カバーは汚い、白いタオルは真っ黒、部屋は防音ではない、夜中でもバイクが通り過ぎる、うるさくて眠れない。 WiFi がまったく機能しません。食べ物の選択肢はあまりありません。幸いなことに、ティオマン島の景色は美しく、二度とこのホテルを選ぶことはありません。

It was an awesome snorkelling trip for the kids who were doing it the first time. The food in every restaurant we went to were marvellous. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and making our days always. Will definitely be back there again and we already miss the water and the fishes...

The resort’s reception and staff are all so warm and welcoming, especially dear Aina. As we had difficulties trying to secure ferry ticket back to Mersing, Aina wasted no time in getting that sorted out and managed to book us a transfer to the jetty. The jungle hike booked through the resort turned out to be an eye opener and it was well worth the time and energy spent. Would love to visit Barat Beach Resort again, jumpa lagi!

Niceplace

Food at restaurant was good and fairly affordable for some dishes. Not much service provided. Type of activities was normal. Room was basic and definitely not new. Has holes around which allow cockroach to pass through (found one at night in the shower). Swimming pool was basic too. House reef have to walk far away to the end of the beach. Filled mainly with Asians.

Great environment. Relaxing and doable. Great Sunrise except for occasional overcast. The beach is white. The size of the room is comfortable. Beds are big. The deluxe room has a small balcony which leads to the swimming pool and dining hall. The room is not the cleanest. Saw some baby cockroaches running around the bathroom. The pillows are way too soft. The Aircon power is very weak Occasional power trips. There are a few dive shops along the way. Good selection for divers who wants different experience diving around Juara. Food prices are average. There is a roti canai shop mia cafe. Which sells out out very quickly. Be on time at 7am if you want to try it.

Chill hotel, staffs are friendly and accommodating, receptionists are doing a great job. Food is towards the expensive side but there are other food options around. Would be great if the hotel stop charging in-house guests for snorkeling equipment. Nevertheless, we enjoy our time in Barat.

Near the juara jetty and convenient

The hotel is 30mins ride away from jetty and the road was bumpy and steep and it cost rm30 per trip per pax. Won't recommend for elderly and small children as the ride is very bumpy and my husband felt car sick after the ride. The hotel is quite clean but the beach cannot snorkel as there is waves. It is more suitable for surfing. There is nothing much to do at the resort in the afternoon either go to ali waterfall or swim at the pool. Will book other hotels next time.

Located at the other side of the island. Hotel staff very attentive. Great hospitality.

Unreasonable price for this villa! With a bad view and terrible location my advice is not to book this hotel if you have a lot of activities like diving or etc the place is too unfriendly cause of the transportation
