スタッフ、朝食、ロケーション、すべてが完璧です。最も重要なことは、部屋が清潔で本当に快適でした。テレビにはネットフリックスがあり、広い部屋には十分なスペースがありました。料金には素晴らしい朝食が含まれており、無料で部屋で食べることもできました。

ティラナの中心部に車で非常に近く、すぐ近くに夜の食事の選択肢があります。とても新しいホテルです。屋内駐車場があるのは嬉しいですね。ホテルはそれほど大きくないので、すべてが非常に実用的です。朝食はベッド＆ブレックファストのオプションとしては十分です。私たちはデラックスファミリールームに宿泊しました。部屋はとても広くてとても清潔でした。彼らは毎日それを組織しました。スマートテレビが利用可能で、Netflix、YouTubeなどのプラットフォームはすべて利用可能でした。 Wi-Fiは非常に高速で十分です。ただし、フィットネスなど一部のセクションはまだオープンしていませんでした。

The hotel itself is lovely although a fair walk from the centre. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air con great! Breakfast buffet had sufficient choice, coffee not the best. There is six lanes of traffic outside the hotel so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth packing earplugs. I had two one night stays here and I don’t know if it was because I was a solo female traveller but it was my dealings with reception which let this hotel down for me. They were curt, unhelpful and quite dismissive. I asked a number of times if I could have a kettle in my room and after my second query I was told one would be put in my room but it never appeared. I had to track down a very helpful housekeeping in the end to source one. I also asked about late check out and after being told it would be 35 euros to extend for 4 hours, I then was told it wasn’t possible despite others in my group being granted this. The male staff in the restaurant and the lovely Romeo in the bar, in contrast, were all superb! Having travelled widely the greeting you initially receive creates your impression of a place I’m afraid.

This hotel is still new and it has been well appointed with nice quality materials like stone, marble and nice furniture. We booked two rooms to stay two nights in Tirana. The hotel was chosen for its reviews, its price and the fact that it is located on the airport-side of the city, which was convenient for us arriving and collecting our hire car. We were pleased with our choice. The staff were helpful. The rooms were really big and the bed was great; also the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was fine; it could have been better but there was a fair bit of choice. The coffee was poor. Once we collected our hire car on the day we left Tirana, we were able to pop the car in the underground hotel car park, which was helpful. The hotel reception area has a sign which suggests there is a wellness and spa area on the top floor - there isn’t, or not yet. It will be a nice addition once this is added. The hotel is located on one of the main roads and this road is currently being renovated (it will be bigger), so it was a little confusing for a taxi driver who picked us up in the centre of the city and took us to the hotel, but was not an issue. The location is not exactly scenic: there is some outside seating, which is quite nice and you could walk to a couple of cafes, restaurants or shops on the same side of the road as the hotel, but it is quite a busy road and there are no parks or sights nearby. This was fine for us as we took taxis to the centre of the city and the places we wanted to visit.
