ホテル ディーパム(Hotel Deepam)

Had high expectation but disappointed overall. Always noisy due to renovation. Wi-fi is ultimate disappointment. Only best thing is that sangeeth hotel attached to hotel deepam. Food and customer support in sangeeth hotel was good. I wont recommend any business*** to stay in hotel - staff were not even bothered to serve customers. Organization needs to train their staff, specially front office.

Rooms are well maintained. No room service at all. Bathroom have no amemities. When we checked in they gave us Deluxe room by cheating saying that it is the executive room. next day receptionist RAGAMVI understood and rectified it by giving proper Executive room which was good. The most attractive factor is the a Restaurant called Sangeetha which is attached to the hotel is superb food quality and quantitywise and taste was excellent with very moderate price also. The staff are extremely courtecious and great. Positve side is it is at the center of the city.

I am spending my valuable time for writing such a greedy money minded and hu*** Being less staff deployed in Hotel deepam, trichy . I request Makemy trip customer, stay away from this type of third class Hotel. I booked in hotel deepam Trichy for 4 night through make my trip on 13 Jul 2023 ,Booking Id: NH74243271672686 ( one month advance ) for my temple tour . I travelled by train and reached at 05.00 am , on 12/08/2023 Trichy Railway station due unscheduled last movement plan. I called and informed this hotel pervious day itself about early check in and reached the hotel 05.30 am with my family and children . I requested any room availability, but no much response from reception staff and I tried the ***ager over multiple phone call , no response anybody . I waited since more than 4 hrs in reception itself without any response form staff .I kept all my luggage and check in tried at 02.00 pm afternoon. But the ***ager of hotel Mr. Stephon denied due to I am a makemy customer , booked in best offer price and he has given high priority to their direct booking high class customer because they are paying more money We stayed with family in reception after soo much time delay and check in was 03.30 pm after multiple time make my trip customer care talked with hotel ***ager on this matter. It was very unclear and surprising that once by booking confirmed one month advance , how dare this hotel staff reject my check in even I am ready to pay extra money We stayed 4 days in this hotel and even 50% of rooms itself not filled and the making artificially de***d to loot money from customers ,fake paid reviews , fake check in /check out policy , clamming 3 star hotel without having any facilities and calming false top ten hotels in Trichy . Customer beware soo ***y false commitment from hotel , but actual not available/provided in their properties . some of such false amenities were not available I,e Free Wi-Fi, Laundry Service, Electronic Safe, Smoke Alarm, Hairdryer Western Toilet Seat, Sound Proofing, Kettle, Sanitizers etc ., I request make my trip to black list this type of hotels , otherwise they spoil your company image . I request dear friends stay away from such gimmick and modern marketing money Minded hotel . There are nearby some good hotels are available ( Hotel Oxina Lygon, Sri Maharaja Residency, HOTEL ROYALSATHYAM, Susee Park etc i received response from Stephen hotel ***ager shows that how much he is arrogant and hu*** being less person because he kept waiting my family with small children in their reception more than 5hrs.i believe that god will give you hell at end of your day

Best hotel in Trichy...and the room's are spacious.neat and clean affordable price and partner with Sangeetha restaurant is 😊............ And the staff's are friendly and genuine hu*** people....and house keeping staff's very good room service best

Well maintained hotel with excellent food. Reception and House keeping staff's are good and friendly. It was excellent experience,and one more thing staff's are very helpful and kind.. Best part all the shopping place near and walkable.

We got a room where AC did not work and they dod not fix it. We were then moved for second night to another room where AC worked. Wifi did not work in both rooms but only in Lobby. Staff were nice and rooms were clean
