Very short distance to airport. Hotel service are great, the staffs is very accommodating. Request for late check-out as our flight is at 3pm. Used the shuttle service to airport. All in all great hotel for our short stay in Alor Setar!

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

Very nice hotel, clean, fragrant and the staff service is very friendly. I was very comfortable and happy during my stay at this hotel. Drop off service to the airport is also provided which is very convenient for me and my friends who board the flight as early as 8 am. The food is also very delicious. Thank you Raia Hotel.

So far so good ... receptionist OK, bag service OK, clean hotel, breakfast OK, spacious car parking, spacious room, swimming pool is comfortable for children and adults ... there is no emphasis on this thing .. everything else is perfect ... good job 👍

Hotel near Airport.. nice hotel..The room was clean and comfortable, but the WiFi was slightly slow. Overall, still a good stay. Highly recommended hotel and the hotel has many car parking spaces, which made parking very easy.

The hotel is convenient for the airport but quite far from the city unless you have a car.Room was very dark the air con was very poor the bed sheets had stains and looked dirty.The bathroom had mould and hair on the floor from previous guest and the room safe didn't works Complained to the front desk but they didn't do anything and charged me tourist tax which I had already paid with my online booking. The buffet breakfast was a free for all with hardly any seats and it was like a farm yard.
