ドルメロ ホテル ブルクハウゼン(DORMERO Hotel Burghausen)

The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is also good. What disturbs me (and others) is the poor looking and operating elevator, the entrance area and the corridors.

First the positive: The breakfast buffet was rich and appealing with very nice service staff. There was a super great pizzeria and gelateria, which were on the ground floor of the hotel. We had a great evening there and the pizzas were just perfect and authentically Italian.
 The negative side: 
We booked three rooms. The rooms would actually be modern and nice. But no matter where you look: NOTHING was clean! The sheets/towels were changed, but I had the impression that the cleaning was not done at all or only very superficially. Dirt on the shelf, the ledge, lots of crumbs on the floor, chalky fittings, dirty toilet seat, mold on the rubber seals in the shower, dirty cabinets, doors, door latches. Worst: Dirty and disgusting duvets when you pull back the sheet. Something like that should be washed if it has stains. Disgust factor to the power of 10. I spend 8-10 weeks a year in hotels, but this was an impertinence that I had never seen before. At night: Loud bass music blared through the walls and floor until about 2am. Youngsters were in front of the window, which made noise until 5 in the morning. It was way too warm in the room. I am aware that the hotel cannot do anything about the noisy people in front of the room and the heat, but it was just crowning the rest. It was just horrific. We booked this hotel to recover from a long drive and drive more on the next day. Recovery wasn’t possible as we all couldn’t sleep. I will never book a Dormero hotel again. The term “fancy” they love to use means something completely different in my world.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Zuerst angebotenes Zimmer hatte entgegen der Beschreibung bei Buchung nur zwei Einzelbetten. Alternativzimmer war sehr dreckig und für den Preis nicht angemessen.

Great location in new town centre with friendly and welcoming staff. Ample underground free parking was available close to the hotel.

No staff were available although they said they are open until 11PM. I arrived earlier but no one was their. Also in the morning no staff available while leaving. Windows without screens, I opened up the window for some fresh air, and the room got full with flying bugs....

Truly a lovely hotel. I chose the suite, which is spacious convenient, and nicely designed. Free drinks in the minibar is a rare thing, and the 24/7 free coffee machine produces excellent coffee. The area is walkable and feels very safe. Highly recommended!

Good place - central location. But could not offer drinks in the bar/Unused resto area to work on my pc,

Not so good. No breakfast due to Covid. No air conditioning, WiFi didn't work. Drainage not working in bath properly, you stand in water while showering. Also mould in the bathtub. Positive is the big bed, refrigerator, free coffee, tea and small drinks. Parking is offsite underground, but free and not too far. Location is good, lot of restaurants and shops in the building and nearby.
