Pretty generic cheap hotel Good choice if you are not fussed about the services and want a cheap option The hotel is in dilapidated condition The room and the beds are very big. The bathroom is generic The carpets are not really clean and have weird smell which we become used to after some time.

Overnight stay in a convenient location. Large, clean room at a reasonable price.

My only complaint is the limited menu which I understand it was in place because of the holiday period, but there wasn’t any sandwiches. Not wanting a hot meal as we were going out for dinner , and I had a long journey to get here. Karen one of the Reception staff was very apologetic and did try to get the kitchen staff to do me a sandwich, however all she could persuade them to do was a bowl of chips! There was also another couple that wanted just a sandwich snack.

A large room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Close to Tiverton town cente. Plenty of free onsite parking

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay at, staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean, its an older hotel but no way detracts from a comfortable stay, good value for money

My stay was good and the bed was very comfortable. The property is dated, however the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for that.

The hotel is perfectly satisfactory. Big, well equipped rooms. The staff were very friendly. Two points reported: There was a pump running non stop during our stay, which disturbed the night, and there was no hot water the following morning. But we received a complimentary breakfast in lieu when we reported this to reception in the morning, which was fine.

Overnight stop on a longer journey. Staff were good. Building looked tired but room was very clean and large. Shower was terrible. Did not eat here.
