とてもきちんとしていて清潔で、十分なスペースがあり、鍋、フライパン、ボウル、調理器具などのキッチン用品が完備されています。シャワールームはウェットエリアとドライエリアに分かれており、大きな鏡と物を置ける長テーブルがあり、照明も十分にあります。 

ホテルは地下鉄の駅から約5分のところにあり、さまざまなエリアへの出入りに非常に便利で、周囲の環境も静かで、非常に満足しています。 到着すると、ホテルのスタッフがとても親切に部屋の設備や使い方を丁寧に紹介してくれたり、軽食や洗剤などを提供してくれるなど、とてもフレンドリーな対応でした。 部屋の環境もとても良く、清潔で、電磁調理器、洗濯機、ドライヤーなども完備されており、家族旅行にはとても適しており、とても満足です。 家族がまた東京に来る機会があれば、また予約します:)

部屋はデザインが良く、ミニマルで、広くて快適で、子供連れの家族に適しています。エアコンとヒーターは完璧で、滞在中は暖かくて居心地が良かったです。スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーで素敵でした。 ロケーションは良く、混雑していませんが地下鉄の駅の近くにあり、A3出口にはベビーカー用の地下鉄へのエレベーターがあります。(とても良い) 私たちは本当に幸せで、この場所が大好きです。

周辺には特に楽しめる距離はあまりありませんが、地下鉄駅に非常に近いです。 パッケージ旅行で行っていたそんなホテルではありませんが、可愛いスタッフの方といい時間を過ごすのに十分でした。

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔感があり、和室が２部屋あり、６人部屋が１部屋あり、子供達もとても気に入っています。

Very clean, room was as shown in the hotel photos Receptionist can speak English but the standard varies since these are student temp workers. Girl that attended to us on Day 1 was fantastic but on Day 2 our towels weren’t topped up and the guy manning the front closed up early (10.30 instead of 11pm) so we were left without fresh towels Railing at staircase/lift landing area has really wide gaps

we were not informed during booking kids age 3 and below stays for free, as my kids were 5 and 10, as i only included 4 adults, i have to pay more for them kids even though we booked a room big enough for 6 people, train and convenience store are nearby but train station is quite far from the city, cleaner didn’t clean enough the room every 2 days

It was a great experience staying in this cozy hotel. My kids enjoying the warm service from the hotel staffs especially the cheerful guy named Yu. Spacious room, near to train station, helpful hotel staff. I really can’t find any reason that this hotel doesn’t deserve a full star rating.

spacious rooms w new facilities. clean and neat. feels like japanese house , tatami mat with washing machine & cooker. no bathtub but it's ok for us. about 200m from Morishita station which have 5 exits , exit A3 with lift. easy access with shinjuku & toei metro line . highly recommended especially for family or groups.
