ネリーズ アパートメンツ(Nelly's Apartments)

43 years of traveling together and this is one of our favorite spots ever. Open your door from the little brick street and see right through to a tiny island. ALL of the staff are friendly, and the owner makes certain that the place is immaculate, refreshed every year. This is one of the best spots on the beach in Tolo, and the lounge chairs are definitely the nicest. Be sure and have their excellent breakfast delivered to your private patio overlooking the sea!

So pleased we booked nellys. Had 2 room appt that had what you need in it for a confidante stay and a beautiful Seaview to the island from the balcony. The loungers and parasols are out as they have opened early. The were a few jellyfish in the sea, we were sting swimming out to the island, but it went down quick enough. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. Coffee bar on site and so many tavernas and restaurants to choose from. We ordered breakfast here, but they are some facilities in your room to make tea, wash up. Just not to cook. It's a lovely place to just relax and unwind.

This is our second time at this hotel. The place is perfect. The location on the beach, the pleasant rooms, the view from the balcony, the a**osphere and the welcome. warmly recommended . The hotel has a cafe that serves great breakfasts In addition, each room has a small kitchenette for preparing meals.

It is a cosy and clean spot at the beach with a nice view, friendly staff and quick service. The food was delicious, fresh and came in large portions. We had the salmon buddha bowl, chicken club sandwich, ice cream coffee and yoghurt with fresh fruits, honey and nuts. Nelly’s is very good value for money and a must do when in Tolo!

We have been coming to Nelly’s for over 14 years. Every year is just as good as the first. The rooms are fantastic especially the ones directly on the beach.Manolis and Nelly who run it as a family business are superb. Their dad is amazing and always gives us homegrown fruit for our breakfast. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, friendly and polite. They go the extra mile. We love it and have booked for next year already!

It was an extraordinarily beautiful accommodation! Very welcoming hosts! Cleanliness, luxury and super equipment. Fantastic sea view. I will recommend this place to other friends! Without a doubt, I will come back every year! Thank you Nelly!

Wonderful location - fabulous uninterrupted sea views, comfortable beds, high quality linen, modern well equipped rooms/apar**ents. Breakfast really quite exceptional and fantastic that included with the room price - big choice, really friendly staff, good quality ingredients, great coffee - just the ticket to set you up for the day. Beach directly in front of room really good for swimming (even if a bit cool in April). Cocktails in the bar very good and reasonable, again all with that view! Both Nelly and her brother in particular make you feel very welcome and more like a family friend than a paying client. Would not hesitate to stay again - really good option if you wanted to do a few days in Athens and a few days at the beach (less than 2 hour drive from Athens). Overall great value and the best place to stay for a break in Tolo and surrounding area - lots of ruins, beaches etc within easy 30 minute drive.

Nelly's - a really, really nice little hotel right on the beach in Tolo, with a beautiful view across the bay. Just a few steps from your room and you're in the water! Comfy room, balcony overlooking the bay, breakfast room / bar also overlooking the beach and bay, free sun loungers, shades and towels, excellent breakfast, good value lunch options, drinks served all day - and brought to your lounger if you wish. Narrow beach but never too crowded. Friendly staff made it an all-round great stay. For a change from the beach on a couple of days, as we had hired a car we took trips to Mycenae and Epidaurus - avoided the coaches by going late afternoon. Definitely worth the c 1 hour roundtrip for each of these, and there are plenty of other 'Homeric' places to visit in the region. Also visited Nafplio - no beaches there but a beautiful port town with some expensive-looking yachts and an Italian/French Riveria feel to it.

In my opinion, Nelly’s occupies one of the best positions in Tolo. Situated above the sandy beach and with a direct view of the island opposite, the location couldn’t be more perfect. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, decorated in calming neutral colours, leaving that view to do the rest! More than just a hotel room, these small apar**ents have hidden from view every conceivable item necessary to prepare snacks and drinks for anyone wishing to do so. A real bonus! Along with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs, Nelly’s Apar**ents really feel like a home away from home! This is proper family run hotel and the care and attention put into every detail here is noticeable. The lovely hospitality provided by both Nelly and Manolis made our trip one to remember. I thought I was never going to get my mother to leave! The place mats on our table in Nelly’s Café read: “You arrive as guests, and leave as friends”. It’s easy to say, but after our stay you know that they meant every word of it. This is Greek hospitality at its very best!
