Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements.
Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff.
Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives.
Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight.
Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement.
Amenities: Good.
Location: Good.
Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost.
Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.
