The Service was AMAZING! Everything was great, hotel room was clean, new and comfortable/cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fruit was delicious. The vibe fits the theme park perfectly. Had one of the best service/experience here.

It's like the rest of China experience. It's fancy, elegant design, but the staff professionalism collectively hasn't caught up, short on their delivery. The breakfast server gets confused easily, and very forgetful. It would help if they can take note, but the staff doesn't do it. One coffee showed up cold?? The others are hot. One asked for no sea food breakfast, the soup showed up with fish cooked in it (but they took fish meat out). The soy milk were sprinkled with little shrimp bits. The night footbath was served, but one of the jug had room temperature water, while others have hot water. They try really hard to please, which is nice, but boy... So many minor little misses. For the price per night, I wish the service ran more smoothly.

The Wuzhen Hengyitang Health Center hotel amenities were excellent as well as the service. The hotel manager his Chinese name is 格桑, was extremely friendly and provided service above and beyond all expectations. He spoke English which helped but very nice and helped us a lot. I would give my highest recommendation for him

The place is beautiful !! But the most impressive of the stay was the service from the hotel, especially by the manager 格桑。He is very professional, and thoughtful! He really has gone out his way to welcome us. Thank you!
