Hotel Sree Vijayalakshmi - (Previously Hotel Dolphin Inn)

I found the hotel to be very nice or the staff also to be very social or friendly minded so should the staff or management so that i can stay there again and again. Thank you for providing a good service.

Location is good. Food is ok, but can be improved. Service is ok, front desk people should be more responsive.

Stay was good. Property is easy to locate. The checkin process was smooth. Overall a comfortable place to stay

They gives Too old towers i stayed only 6 hours in that first 3 hours No power supply no AC on 🥲😢

1. Location guidance. Google maps doesn't show this hotel because hotel name is not dolphin. It is vijayalakshmi hotel. They have some rooms inside a vijayalakshmi hotel and that they have named as dolphin inn. I called hotel to get the location guidance 2. Checkin is horrible. You have to do checkin formalities in vijayalakshmi hotel and come to dolphin in 3. I got the room in 3 floor and lift was not working. I got to know this lift was not working from past few months. 4. Room, cot is ok, ac is ok, but switching on ac requires time on remote selections. Hot water is good. Towels are not ok. Room is ok if you can adjust 5. Eating ambience is not ok. 6. In front of the hotel, u can do walking if you don't want to skip walking 7. Car parking space is there, but is not systematic, you need to work in the manner accordingly. Finally this hotel rating can be 2. 5 out of 5. They can definitely improve ac and make good business.

We booked this hotel for our hampi trip. Hotels in hampi were super expensive. Room was good. Bad service. Food in the restaurant were average.

room boy behaved roughly and told ask receptionist why not given soap, towel, water with tariff, no facility avaialble, not giving any complimentary brush, paste, shaving kit, breakfast also not provided. Tea kit also not available at room. hotel not worth. Only bed and ac avaialble with one packet shampoo and one soap.

No one at reception, no room service, nothing works, they don’t care, makemytrip fooled me with paid ratings

Though the rooms are spacious and clean. Bed spreads are not clean. Hotel ambiance is also good but service staff is inadequate.
