This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list.

離車站近，但是房間有些老舊，空間狹窄，價格在車站附近算便宜了

Hotel located at convenient area of downtown. Many restaurants and businesses around hotel. Room was really clean with plenty of space. Friendly staff.

Horrible experience ! Room was never cleaned, There were no flippers. It was only 1 ripped apart robe for 3 people. We got food poisoning from restaurant. We paid top price $$$$ per night, breakfast not included, for a suite. Our expectations were to get same service like at Hayat or Hilton, because room price is the same as in Hilton or Hayat. Instead we got motel quality experience. This "Hotel"/ motel, does not provide any free drinks or bottles water, no breakfast, no cleaning service, Coffee machine is broken, suite does not have a tub, water not warm enough, Homeless sleeping outside, we could them balcony window, crazy noise and honks from people up to 2:00AM. For cleaning you must go in front desk to demand it, This is something that all hotels have it autmatically, but here you must demand it so more waste of time. We wound not recement this hotel to anyone. For same price you can get a better room with tub and cleaning service and a full fridge at Hilton or Hayat. Almost forgot, We got food poisoning from the restaurant within same building although it is not same business, so be careful what you eat. Even more, Restaurant is very overpriced, given the low quality food they provide. If you are into organics, forget about it... Went for 3 days and 2 nights, party of 3.

This is my go-to residence when I am in Toronto. Adjacent to the PATH, two blocks to a grocery, food options in every direction and it’s a great boutique feel.

They were supposed to be call or text when the room is ready but they didn’t. The front desk lady could be more better professional additude. But over all we enjoyed the room.

this property was SPECTACULAR! the service and friendliness of the staff as well as its prime location in downtown toronto. i do have a couple of “bad” things to say about the property and those are: 1. if you’re driving yourself to the property, it is a little hard to find and easily missed if you’re not paying complete and utter attention. there’s also a lot of construction nearby and several streets are closed because of this. 2. the property advertises parking, and there is, but its public garages nearby, not valet. at least, not any that i could find upon my arrival. there are two that i saw within a minute’s walk. 3. i called the front desk three times all at different times and received no answer. asides from that, i would stay again. the accommodations were exquisite and the actual room was a dream.

The staff at the property will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. However the room and doorway are showing age and needs a upgrade
