the breakfast was super expensive and it wasn’t good. the coffee was actually awful. totally different than my last breakfast when i stayed there but the room was incredible and the staff are all top notch. i love this hotel. sad about the subpar breakfast experience but otherwise wonderful.

The hotel was generally good, but did not necessarily meet my expectations for a five star hotel. For example, in our washroom, the hand held shower head was faulty and did not work properly. The room was also smaller than expected and didn’t look exactly like the photos advertised on the website. The service was also generally good, but we didn’t feel like it was great. For example, we got 1 pm complimentary check out in the morning, but a hotel staff member went into our room at around 12:30 pm to ask when we’re planning on checking out. This was odd since we already received confirmation from front desk in the morning for late check out and a new room key too. Overall, the hotel was good but did not exceed our expectations considering the high price point.

Excellent property as expected. Valet was not available. Walked around the building to see someone at front desk. No one was there. Had to call the property to see if someone could come out and help us. That was a negative. The building and the amenities are perfection. Clean and top of the line.

It felt like home away from home. Design is lovely, very comfortable, and everybody was friendly.

All around great hotel! Staff was very professional and on top of everything. I will definitely be back!

1Hotel does not disappoint! Loved our stay. Room was superb and hotel bar super chill with a great musician. Hotel robot communicator not spot on. Only issue. Would recommend staying here!

Superb service and accommodation, great location for popular bars and restaurants.

Beautiful ambience, impeccable room, loved that it has hard wood instead of carpets. Absolutely stunning greenery and plants in and around the hotel. The entire experience feels like a luxury spa. Great restaurants in the hotel. The only suggestion is to add a small shop for quick snacks/drinks if needed. Otherwise it’s a 5/5 for us.
