After reading all the reviews, we had to give this a go for our short weekend break and we were not at all disappointed. From the first phone call we made booking our room, we felt the warmth and hospitality. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony who very warmly explained Court Prior and showed us to our beautiful room. Both Pauline and Anthony’s knowledge of the surrounding areas was amazing as they helped us choose our days out. Breakfast was exceptional with the homemade touches very noticeable. We would highly recommend this beautiful boutique B&B and will definitely be returning. Thank you again to the both of you for your outstanding hospitality. Joe & Julie

We stayed in the self contained apar**ent, it was beautifully clean and very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Pauline and Anthony were fabulous hosts and even offered us breakfast on our last morning. Highly recommend staying here as close to marina and ferry’s to Paignton and Brixham with lovely restaurants around

We had a lovely stay. Pauline and Anthony are such great hosts. Excellent choice for breakfast with the BLT’s, full English and yoghurts pots made with homegrown fruit were delicious. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A parking space for the car was a bonus, nothing to fault and we would most definitely recommend. Anita and Steve

Court Prior is absolutely fabulous, and the thing that makes is so good is the owners, Pauline and Anthony, who have created and maintained the most beautiful B & B you can imagine. As soon as we pulled up in the drive both Pauline and Anthony came out to greet us and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The house has been beautifully restored to it's Victorian spendour and was immaculately clean throughout. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and a really good size ........ And when it comes to the breakfast ..... well, what can I say ....fantastic! You will be able to find cheaper B & Bs in Torquay, but I very much doubt if you will find a better one, OR such good value for money. Pauline & Anthony's hosting is incredible, and although I know that it is far from it ......... they make it look effortless! If you are looking to stay in Torquay, I would recommend that you look no further than Court Prior!

Pauline and Anthony are amazing hosts, extremely welcoming and happy to cater for dietry requirements. The rooms are immaculate and furnished to a very high standard. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay. Pauline and Anthony are such lovely hosts and Pauline cooks a top notch breakfast. Beautiful choice and the BLT’s and yoghurts pots made with homegrown fruit were utterly delicious. All guests we met were returning after previous visits so that says it all! It was a gorgeous break, nothing to fault and we would most definitely recommend Court Prior .

Having walked straight back out of our original booking in Exeter, we arrived in Torquay only an hour and a half after booking Court Prior from a very quick internet search ! Pauline and Anthony were extremely welcoming and our room was fantastic - super comfy bed, plenty of space, lovely en-suite. Their attention to detail is amazing - having opted for Earl Grey tea at breakfast, we returned from our day out to find supplies had been left in our room also. The breakfast are great - wide choice of fresh local produce - it makes such a difference to have food cooked to order. There is a lovely lounge downstairs, well stocked with books and dvds, and each floor has a small fridge on the landing for drinks - with ice provided. We had a lovely 5 night stay - a great location for exploring the area - and would thoroughly recommend!

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Anthony and Pauline made us feel so welcome. This Is a real home from home. Beds are so comfortable. Lovely shower room . Beautiful comfortable lounge down stairs should you wish to relax. Fantastic choice for breakfast There is also a beautiful garden outside to sit and relax after breakfast. Cannot wait to return.

Excellent well appointed accommodation. Very friendly hosts and lovely breakfast. Super garden which was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Very comfortable room with nice extra touches. Lovely views and well located for seafront and restaurants.
