非常好，景觀很美，早餐好吃

今日はこのホテルに来ました。チェックインの際、私はまともな部屋をリクエストしましたが、受付係は海側の部屋を1泊35ユーロで売りつけようとしました。丁重にお断りして、道路側に面した２階の部屋を用意してもらいました。部屋がとてもうるさくて、ゆっくり昼寝をすることができませんでした。外からの車の往来、犬の吠え声、そしてホテル内での絶え間ないドンドン音（何の音かわかりません）。自分の部屋はダブルベッドだと思っていましたが、代わりにツインベッドがありました。部屋は非常に時代遅れで、4つ星のものは何もありません。ベッドはスプリングベッドですが、寝心地はまったくありません。 4つ星ホテルの完全な詐欺。唯一の救いは、ビーチのすぐそばにあることです。絶対にお勧めしません。

このホテルはとてもユニークでリラックスした雰囲気がありました。本格的で創造的な装飾と理想的なロケーションが相まって、非常に思い出に残る滞在場所となりました。特に夜の飲み物のサービスは素晴らしく、スタッフは親切で、慣れるにつれてますますフレンドリーになりました。プールはすべてを独り占めできる瞬間が最も素晴らしく、部屋は格別でした。場所に関しては、ホテルは活気のあるエリアにあり、いくつかのレストランのすぐ近くにありました。ホテルの向かい側のビーチは美しく、海は魔法のように感じられ、泳ぐのに最適でした。 より環境に優しいためのいくつかのアイデア: 水を個別にボトルやカートンで購入する代わりに、ゲストが補充できる給水ステーションを設けることができます。再利用可能なカップ、ボトル、ジャグのいずれかを使用します。これは、レセプションで特別な再利用可能な INNSiDE by Meliã ウォーターボトルを販売するチャンスになる可能性もあります。アクセスしやすいリサイクル用のゴミ箱を設置したり、タオルの再利用や電気のスイッチを切るなどのゲストを促す看板を部屋に設置することを検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。また、ランチのバーメニューにビーガンサンドイッチはいかがでしょうか? :D

Amazing hotel and a lovely experience overall. Location wise you are right on the beachfront with amazing views from your room and for breakfast. Only downside to the rooms was that the beds were uncomfortable but they were well sized and pillows soft! We also noticed that if you went for breakfast after 10:00 (finishes at 11:00) some stations were already being packed away/not re-filled. Looking to return later in the year though as it is a beautiful hotel.

This hotel was AMAZING! From the staff, to the food, the views, and the vibes, this hotel was 5/5 stars. Every single staff we spoke to was kind and helpful. We were always greeted with a warm welcome whenever we walked through the doors. This hotel was right on the beach providing great access to the sand & water and so many restaurants. It was so nice to walk out of our hotel room and have multiple options for food and drinks. The poolside chairs were comfortable, the drinks were great, and their in-house DJ played fun music! The rooms were nicely done, clean, cool, plus it was so relaxing to hang out on our patio every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a couple or friends.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Zel. From the first moment, at arrival, we were made to feel special and were offered a cold drink (we chose beer) from fridge and easelessly led through the check-in process. Our prior room request had not only been accommodated but actually exceeded. The lack of reception desk works well, with plenty of staff available to help in a manner that I would describe as “unobtrusively attentive” but always friendly. Having visited this hotel on more than 20 occasions over 20 years, and although the sea view rooms are absolutely stunning, we choose a high-floor street view premium room as we enjoy the mid-afternoon to evening sun on the balcony for a sundowner. Having booked in February 2023, before rebranding as Zel, we were able to choose half-board (not now an option). This was honoured, and were offered a good subset of the Beso Beach menu. Indeed, as my wife is mostly vegetarian, they even arranged an additional 4 options specially for her. We were always treated so well and promptly by the wonderful Beso Beach staff. I’d seen some reviews about the style and volume of music but we found it great, and helping to release an inner youthfulness in a relatively older couple! The outside space is very relaxing and has a unique vibe for Palmanova, and the location by the stunning beach is unrivalled. Although, unfortunately, after 3 days my wife was an emergency admission to hospital, all at the hotel were so supportive, caring and understanding to me during what was an unexpected and traumatic last week of our holiday. The Zel was a welcome oasis in between the daily visits to my wife in hospital in Palma. We love the Zel and its Med concept, which I can only describe as “IT JUST WORKS”

One of the best experiences we’ve had so far! The hotel itself is a masterpiece, just take a look at the photos, the same you see in real life. I would not call people who work there just “staff” as they are truly your partners who help with any requests you have. They are friendly, always say Hola 👋, smile and ready to assist. Apparently, there is some internal communication system through their earphones allowing them to be proactive and the team is always aware of what needs to be done for whom. A special big thanks to Nico and Lucia for their great job! You guys rock! Nico is super friendly, responsible and attentive. Same goes to Lucia! She is very attentive, prepared nice gifts for our holiday and knows how to build communication. Thank you! Nik

Zel Hotel Palma Nova POSITIVES Staff 1st class. Friendly and very efficient. Decor 1st class Rooms and pool areas 1st class NEGATIVES Pet policy- too many dogs wandering around. Very bad policy. Smoking allowed around the pool and bar areas. Great if you’re a smoker, but terrible if you’re not, which is the majority. Smoking at breakfast tables was unchallenged !! BIGGEST ISSUE Having paid in excess of £4000 for a stay. To witness anyone being allowed to walk in ,take towels and use the limited sun beds around the pool unchallenged is absolutely not acceptable. Maybe next time just book a cheap hotel and use the Zel facilities for free !!’

Fantastic experience in all aspects. The gym 24 hours is a must . The staff friendly and fast. The pool , two pools really.. The Bar staff , the breakfast very , very good. The Hotel was recommended by my son and I also recommended to everyone. I will be back soon. The relation quality price in my point of view is very good although that s very subjective. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing and chill is welcome , at least in May. The restaurant a little bit expensive but the food tasty and fancy.
