Amazing Currently here now we love it Was a bit funny with all the crap reviews I read but no need to be worried The hotel is lovely first time staying we got a fantastic rom top floor sky room end room with its own private terrace Wow made my week Food is great for evening meal Breakfast needs a bit of work but it was ok Can't fault it to be honest the position and views are amazing Would def stay again Somebody put it should be a 2 star No way it's 4 all day long heated pool nice vip area excellent

From the cleaner to the receptionist to the amazing senorito serving quality cheap drinks. This hotel was everything we looked for and more. The rooms were clean and were provided with all the shower equipment we needed. There’s lifeguards at the pool who are very friendly. I stayed at Elba sunset last year but will make sure to always come here from now on.

The hotel had an excellent position on the map and there was much to choose from on the breakfast which was provided for us. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday without having to give notice. The beach is right by the hotel and well looked after.

We’ve just returned from a weeks half board here. Relatively easy check in , complimentary glass of fizz which was a nice touch. Troubles accessing our room with the key card which resulted in a ‘technician’ being called and us moving to the room next door. Rooms clean , pillows strange and not very comfortable. Views are outstanding, a solid 10/10, also the closeness to the beach. Pool was heated and clean. the VIP terrace opens 11am which I think is a little late and the jacuzzis were not heated , which came as a bit of a shock. The entertainment package was pretty non existent…a lady singer one night who attracted a handful of spectators. Zero atmosphere in the lounge/bar/entertainment/pool area-a bit odd actually as it’s a nice space. There were no dancers, DJ led discos as was stated on their entertainment bill! The food was also questionable… if you didn’t get to the restaurant when it opened at 7pm, it didn’t get refilled and you’d struggle to piece together meal with scraps left as we discovered going at 830 one eve! Lots of fish dishes, veal, chicken and they served lasagna 3 out of 7 days! Not liking fish, chicken or veal I somewhat struggled to enjoy a hot meal. Salad bar and fruit bar didn’t get topped up either when it ran low, offerings were quite sp****! The waiting staff were lovely, very friendly and nice characters who made effort. The chefs were questionable and one couldn’t even fry an egg properly. I have to say the youngest chef lady who served us was lovely and did a great omelette. I’m still getting over sprouts ,peas and carrots were on the breakfast offerings…..! Along with churros so over cooked I have to leave as I didn’t want to chance a tooth breakage. We were disgruntled to discover there was no scheduled TUI representative visiting our hotel at any point. Last year we stayed at the Globales Santa Lucia, also a four star literally across the bay. We found ourselves going back there on many occasions to use their evening entertainment that was offered , along with their lounger area as our hotel lost the sun around the pool by 3/4pm. We also knew their would be TUI reps there daily. As much as the view was beautiful in this hotel I don’t think I’d return and I think TUI need to definitely reconsider the star rating of this hotel,especially When the SL is also four star and offers so much more!

The shower is very dangerous as the temperature of the water goes from warm to burning hot without any warning, I experienced a temporary scald to my back. I requested cotton bedding as I have a medical condition but this request was ignored. I had booked bed and breakfast which I am happy about. I did have a look at eating in the restaurant at night, but the food didn't look very appealing. The hotel is quite old and has had some upgrading, how ever it really needs a complete re fresh. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels, but I feel this hotel at best should be down graded to a 2 to 3 star hotel. On a positive note the view from the hotel is really good.

Stayed for a week in November '23 and enjoyed it so much we booked the same hotel for May '24, really can't wait to get back. Hotel is in a perfect location for the beach, nightlife, fun things to do like bike rental and great restaurants. The staff were great for us, breakfast on b&b was surprisingly varied and well made and cleanliness of the room and shared areas was up to a very high standard. Can't recommend highly enough and can't wait to be back there in a month.

I cannot fault this hotel. The view from each sea facing room is fabulous. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Cleaned daily. There is a a small fridge. No tea/coffee making facilities but I knew that before I went and took a travel kettle. The food is good with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. I was half board. What makes the hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Really friendly and helpful if you want to know anything regarding catching a bus or a boat trip etc they will give you all the information. It was my birthday while I was there and when I went back to my room they had left me a cake and a bottle of cava. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for holidays. Went on a solo trip for 3 days. The view was insane. It was spectacular. I stayed in the high floor double room. Every room has a sea view. Great location. Magaluf is only a short walk behind but you can’t hear anything at night from there. Customer service was fantastic. Was welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne. Room was very modern and spacious. Bed was comfy. Great shower. Breakfast was ok. I will 100% be back

Stayed for 6 nights in a chill out Seaview room on HB basis, we had a room on the 4th floor which was superb, great views across the bay, room was a good size with adequate storage space, we had a kettle with some tea and coffee as that's part of the chill out package, safety deposit box €3 euros per day, Breakfast was good with decent back bacon getting made at the egg station, some variety dome days but mostly the usual fare, orange juice a bit watered down but OK, great views looking out from dining room. Dinner was pretty good most nights especially if you like fish, some nights the food was great with a good selection of dishes. The chill out area/ terrace didn't open until 11 which is disappointing at this time of year as the sun is only on it for about 2 hours and you have to keep moving about to stay in sun, surely opening it up earlier at this time of year would be better, seems anyone can use this area too so don't really see the point in chill out option , pool area is quite small and that's the same, playing musical beds to keep out the shade, cracking beach metres from the hotel and the water is very clear. bar area quite nice and bright, bar prices very reasonable unfortunately entertainment only on a Thursday so bar us empty in the evening, plenty of lovely bar/restaurants along the front from hotel. Staff friendly and helpful All in all we has a nice holiday, the views from Room made the holiday, don't know if the chillout terrace or pool area gets sun for longer in summer months. I wouldn't put anyone off going to this hotel as it has great views and in a decent location
