キイトズ ラグジュアリー イン(Quito's Luxury Inn)

My husband and I spent a week here in February. We honeymooned in Tortola 23 years ago and this was the first time back. Last time we stayed at Long Bay, which was lovely, but we really were drawn to this hotel and the location. It was the perfect choice! All rooms have a view of the bay, we had a queen room with a balcony and comfy swing. Even though Paradise club is below and music is a bit loud, we heard nothing.In the mornings, we opened our doors to hear the waves and the roosters crowing. The hotel is equipped with modern amenities and is very comfortable. The TV has lots of channels and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed the kitchenette for heating leftovers and fixing breakfast. There is a small grocery in walking distance, which was handy. Parking is underneath hotel, always had a space. There is a small gym with free weights, a mat, a treadmill, stepper and bike. They had video screens, but I couldn’t connect them to WiFi. I appreciated being able to work out when we had a terrible two day storm! The lobby has a nice piano which was in tune and a pool table. The pool area is small, but nice with an honor bar and vending machines. The pool isn’t really big enough for laps, but you’ve got an ocean! We loved walking the beach and trying several restaurants. Quito’s is always good and we were happy to hear the man himself on his farewell stretch. We also enjoyed talking to the Rhymers, lovely couple. If you do venture out, I suggest bringing a flashlight, the road is pretty dark. Finally, I must mention the staff. Every single person we encountered was so nice, always smiling and helpful. We truly felt welcome and appreciated. I would definitely choose this hotel again, we had an amazing vacation!

The hotel was modern, well maintained, very clean and attractively decorated. Our balcony had a spectacular view of the bay and the beach. The lobby desk staff went above and beyond all expectations to ensure that our needs were met, especially Shekeema and Nicole.

We stayed 5 nights. Very large bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and nice size balcony. A 2-burner stove top, microwave and mini-fridge. I'm short - bed was very high and balcony chairs very tall bar chairs (taller than the ones I have at home). A few complementary soda, chips and water thermos in the room. I would not recommend for early to bed guests as the music from the local bars was very loud - especially over the weekend. Simple complimentary breakfast of cereals, yogurt, toaster items (we had english muffins every morning which was fine with us). The front desk receptionist Nicole great - lovely woman,

The staff here are awesome, they went above and beyond to help us when we were traveling to Tortola. they reach out and set up transport. which is really nice (one less thing to worry about and same price as doing it yourself). our driver was Jariel and he was super sweet too, they helped us navigate through a passport issue and without them I am not sure we would have made it. The room was big, clean with a. super comfy bed, we celebrated a 60th birthday so they made us a reservation at the restaurant across the street and when we walked in the band sang happy birthday!! How sweet. the waves were right up to the restaurant wall, we love listening. to the waves so it was perfect. Food was great and so nice after long flight to walk across the street. Live music and a great nights sleep. then we were off to our sailing charter the next day! The patio swings on the balcony was awesome as well as the sunset and the welcome basket with two takeaway Quitos water bottles!

Our room is insane! I love the swings on the balcony. The room is so beautiful and has an amazing view. Location is perfect,Cane Garden Bay is one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. I totally recommend. We are here now and are staying for 2 nights before we get on our charter. Trust me, you want to stay here. ❤️

We just finished a 3 night stay. I honestly wish we had planned more time here. This is a beautiful hotel. We had a room on the front with direct ocean view. The room was large and comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice amenity. The balcony was perfect for watching boats come and go. The room is very large and well appointed. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower. Everything was spotless. I can't imagine a way to improve anything. The staff are kind and accommodating. The concierge assisted me with a massage at the spa after I pulled a muscle in my back. I've had few massages that have been as good or better than this one. She saved my vacation. If you have a chance to visit Quito'Gazebo for dining and drinks, you won't be disappointed. If you're lucky, Quito himself will be playing. He and his wife are perfect hosts. Carol at the restaurant and bar 8s a consummate manager. She's a lovely person with a welcoming smile. Have a great stay!

First class rooms and staff . Great location on cane garden bay n the beach is beautiful don’t stay anywhere else

We tried to change our stay but the phones don’t work well. Now they want to charge us for a no show when we tried to cancel. This should be posted.

Quito's is the place to stay in Tortola! We had the most wonderful stay! The staff and property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, large and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony of Cane Garden Bay were gorgeous! All of the staff were attentive and so friendly! We had the best service and meals at the restaurant and beach bar! We were also very lucky that Quito was in town and we had the pleasure of meeting him and getting to hear him play!! The location is perfect and very convenient to get around the island. Our cab driver Lionel was the best! There is a small grocery store within a couple minutes walking distance as well as many other bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this gem!
