The hotel is very good , Breakfast is super amazing But staff was not good. I will not stay here again, The bowling area incharge Paul, mid- behaved us and he doesn’t even. Know how to talk with guests/ customer. It seems, he’s a raciest coz of my ethnicity. Rest everything is fine .

The quilt was too small for the mattress The sheet did not cover the mattress by 2 inches which is health hazard No creamer or milk in room and when requested I was told this would cost pz25 or £5 No slippers in room for walking to pool Staff not very helpful and no manager available at 10.00 on a Monday morning! Road noisy which impacted sleep

All in all, the good things about this hotel outweigh the small suggestions I have to improve it. It’s a beautiful designed hotel, with very well trained and pleasant staff. The pool area with both indoor and outdoor pools is spectacular. . The indoor pool it’s comfortably heated and has water jets to massage various parts of the anatomy. The buffet breakfast is worth twice the price. It’s in a lovely, airy room with a beautiful view of the river. The choice is overwhelming, even for a jaded, New Yorker. And the food, every bit of it, is terrific. Now for the small suggestions. The room and bathroom are very tastefully designed and furnished, but the bathroom is minute. There’s not really enough light in the rooms or in the hallways. Elevator service though, is very good. I’m not sure why, but they seem to use a queen size quilt on a king size bed. That makes for a little dispute over coverage at night. Balcony, view and furnishings are excellent though starting to show their age.

Excellent hotel, excellent city. Top notch service and loveley, modern interiors refering to main topic of the city - astronomy. Food was also very tasty and brilliant! Close approximity to old town makes it easier to visit amazig city of Toruń.

Awesome! Rich breakfast - anything you could ever wish for, great service. Swimming pool, sauna, gym - everything was great! I loved it all! Cushions, bed mattresses, bathrooms, the room was spacy. Location - ideal for sightseeing Toruń.

One out of the best Hotels we had a chance to spend a family weekend. Very close to old town, clean and safe. We had a room with a river view, large terrace. Great breakfast, helpful reception staff. Highly recommended, and see U next time!

Hotel Copernicus is a popular place . It can be an all-in holiday resort , offering all the things a holidaymaker would want : swimming pool , spa , fairground type attractions , a ‘beach’ on the banks of the Vistula or it can provide everything required for a business conference . It also features the most amazing breakfast , with so much on offer it’s difficult to know where to start , even offering champagne to drink with it . The food was by far this establishment’s best feature : we had excellent refreshment in the restaurant and bar . Much is made of the design of the building , which is certainly quite unique . However there were other details where I felt the hotel fell short . The bathrooms were beautiful and the walk in shower much appreciated but the quality of the towels lacked something for a hotel of this calibre . Similarly the bed linen could do with improvement . The pillows were small and uncomfortable and the duvet not big enough for the size of the bed . These are all basic things in need of improvement . The hotel , on the banks of the river , is a shortish walk from the town centre and so is handily placed to access the attractions of Toruń .

Hotel is a modern, excellent facility. Our room was very clean and was great for an extended stay. Beds were very comfortable with luxurious bedding - we slept well! Bathroom had a towel dryer which provided a little extra heat to the space and a convenient & effective place to dry bathing suits. Facility is very well maintained. Staff is fluent in English, considerate, helpful. Location is convenient walk to transit system and to Old Town.

It' not the first and not the last time we have visited Copernicus Hotel in Torun. We love this place for our little runaways. Located close to old city, by the river - it's a great place for visiting and experience Torun. The room was clean, nicely prepared for us - daily checked by room service. Recreation area nice and open for long hours - pool and sauna. We have also had coupons to SPA which was a great and relaxing experience. Delicious dinner at SALT Restaurant - it's really worth to try! Torun is a great place to get lost for a while :-)

Great location, great food and staff. Hotel is 4 star hotel, but from previous experience number of stars does vary from country to country. This one is really strong 4 stars, I would even say it is even 4,5 stars.
